25 KTF : Approval Procedure The approval process follows the Bank TC guidelines with the following exceptions: Proposal may be submitted at any time of the year In-country organizations must provide a nonobjection letter from their respective governments submit proposals through local Bank offices The Manager of the proposing Dep. will submit the proposal to the KTF manager (SDS/EST) Hyunghwan Joo November 27-28,
