There are four types of elearning courses at BCC: hile the above chart provides guidelines for the amount of online activities, the exact amount of online activities varies from course to course. See the list of courses below and contact the individual instructors to learn more about specific courses. 1 P age

2 Should I take a elearning Course? To succeed in elearning courses, students must be self-disciplined and good at managing their time and following directions. These characteristics are much more important than skill with computers. To check your suitability for taking an elearning course, take this self-test: hat is required to take a elearning Course? It is strongly recommended that students have access to the Internet at home. It will be very difficult to take an elearning course without online access at home. Basic Knowledge of a word processor (icrosoft ord is strongly recommended) and a web browser (Internet Explorer, ozilla Foxfire and Google Chrome are the most used browsers). A GPA of 2.0 or Higher. A CUNY Portal Account and an active BCC account.
