15 We Have a Problem After rollout we began receiving a high number of incidents that learners were not getting credit for completed online courses Used the SAP application logging functionality to track learner navigation within the learning portal Learners were not logging out of the out of the content player and navigating away from the course launch BSP and which prevented the course confirmation from occurring Online course content instructed learners to not close the content player

18 Another Problem Revealed During our investigation we found that a record locking issue was also preventing online courses from being confirmed Learners attempting to complete online courses locked online training records Administrators attempting to cancel participation in online courses locked records SAP notes were applied to fix this issue An error occurs when trying to Confirm Participation Admin cannot cancel participation of web based training
