HSPE REQUIREMENTS * Meet Standard on the HSPE in Reading and Writing. Meet Standard on the HSPE or EOC in Math. Students who have not met standard may use various alternate assessments, but this option is only available if you have a math HSPE or EOC score on record. This is state law. Some options require that you have made two attempts to pass the test.

Culminating Project All elements of the Culminating Project must be turned in before the oral presentation is given. Oral presentations will be scheduled during HSPE testing in March and April. Seniors should be working with their Advisor to be prepared for this requirement.

E-Folio The district requires all students to upload the elements of their culminating project into e-folio. You must have this requirement completed in order to walk in graduation and receive your diploma. We recommend that you not leave this until the last minute. Try to get your documents uploaded early!

Senior Credit Checks As a senior, you will meet with your counselor sometime before Winter Break to discuss your senior credit check and post-high school plans. You must return a copy of your senior credit check, signed by your parent, before the beginning of second semester.

If you are in Running Start Do not postpone a required class until spring quarter. Make sure you take any classes required for graduation during Fall or Winter quarter. Check with your counselor to make sure you are registering for the proper class to meet a graduation requirement. Don t Assume! Don t get senioritis. It could cost you your graduation! Running Start students should check the website regularly to get information.
