PURCHASING SOFTWARE FROM TSS We have many years of experience implementing our solutions for many types of title companies. Our sales process has been refined along the way to make the transition as smooth and easy for you as possible. To request a Quote, please call our Sales group at After asking a few brief questions, we will propose a solution to meet your needs. Once you approve your Quote, we will contact you to schedule an implementation date. A License and Services Agreement and an Implementation Worksheet are then sent to you. Upon the return of the executed documents and payment, our implementation process begins. We want you to start using your solution as soon as it is installed, so we customize it according to the information you provide in the Implementation Worksheet. Setup considerations such as underwriter premium splits and user login names are part of your solution when it arrives. The software implementation is typically performed online by a TSS Software Consultant. After installation, the solution is tested to ensure smooth first-time use. Training is performed either onsite or online, whichever is more convenient. Our relationship doesn t end there. Reconciliation reports, management reports, and efficiency recommendations are provided. Reconciliation Services are: Provided by experienced professionals with extensive TitleExpress expertise and backgrounds in underwriter environments, auditing, accounting, and quality control; Performed in your office or online using Internet-based remote access; Scheduled at a time convenient for you; and Dependent on the availability of bank statements. Timely and accurate reconciliations place you in better control of your business, help you identify problems before they turn into crises, and mitigate the uncertainty and stress of underwriter audits. 14 FLEXFORM PACKAGES AND CUSTOMIZATION TSS has an extensive library of forms for the title industry. Using the TitleExpress Document Preparation System, order information is automatically merged into customizable master FlexForms. To speed the process of creating documents, you can create document sets that merge multiple documents at once or you can automatically insert signatures into documents. Your documents are easily converted to PDF and sent as e- mail attachments. STANDARD FORM PACKAGES TSS offers the following three standard FlexForm packages. The standard TSS Software Services Subscription covers a 12-month period.
