Our team are hands on technical experts, with a breadth of skills enabling them to perform several roles. We are technology agnostic and work closely with client teams to achieve business outcomes, transfer skills and enable transformation. We are passionate about delivering better technology solutions for increased value for money. As a niche supplier our consultants specialise in the difficult aspects of technology delivery, for example integrating agile development projects with the broader enterprise which is usually running live services as waterfall. Other examples of successful engagement are continually improving digital services, deploying rapid iterations of code release, rapid front end prototyping, deploying secure cloud based platforms. We have worked with DVLA, Ministry of Justice, Skills Funding Agency, Ofqual, Lockheed Martin, Public Health England. We have significant experience of working with the Government Digital Service Manual, presenting services for Digital by Default Assessment, and developing programmes for Cabinet Office Spend Control.

3 Service overview - Document 1. Inception Analysis of the client and user need, work done to date, business objectives, timescales, constraints, risks, issues and environmental factors. Recommendation for key roles, skills and cultural fit for consulting services. Production of a statement of work. Resourcing and selection of the team to meet the requirement, on boarding, creating the working environment and mobilising the service.. End to end delivery Iterations based on agile sprints to achieve the project outcomes using specialist(s) to deliver one or more of the following: Designing and building your media and assets in one place with a consistent, high quality mobile-first front end user experience. Easy integration with Alfresco and other Electonic Document and Records Managemen (EDRM) tools, with a consistent mobile-first front end user experience and a customisable workspace. Intelligent context specific document management. Follows agile Scrum or Kanban with an iterative approach, Support compliance with Digital by Default service standards, Cyber Essentials and agile principles Test strategy design, test case development, testing, acceptance into service, defect management 3. Handover Iterations based on desired outcomes using specialist(s) to deliver one or more of the following: Documentation, knowledge transition, training, performance monitoring, service assessment, accreditation, continuous improvement

4 Pricing Digial has an ethical approach to pricing and will strive to deliver the client value for money. Our rate card outlines the up to day rates for our consultants, and where possible Digial will price on individual engagement. We are happy to discuss both Fixed Price engagements and Open Book Pricing. All prices below are for work delivered on client site 1. Inception 18,000 ( senior consultants ). Delivery 38,000 ( rainbow team of 5 consultants) 3. Handover 18,000 ( senior consultants ) For work delivered from Digial offices a discount of 10% will apply
