15 About Our Engagements Engagements are challenges that have been scoped, refined, and curated by Quarterback. We carefully vet each project or challenge for its suitability, scope, and impact to ensure Quarterbacks are only engaged on the most compelling and rewarding projects inside of our partner organizations. About Our Partners Quarterback works exclusively with high-potential nonprofits. These are the big-dream nonprofit organizations that bring innovative ideas to their mission/cause, but may lack the expertise or bandwidth to formulate full-featured strategies, implement key initiatives, or introduce new products without outside help. We offer our partners not only top talent, but also the support and guidance to manage their projects, program experience, and their relationships with Quarterbacks. We, in partnership with every Quarterback, facilitate effective execution of their big goals. Career story. Professional narrative. Call it what you will, we re here to help you build the best one possible.
