FAIR MANAGEMENT FEES We offer an all-inclusive management fee, which is tailored to you and your property, which is a fixed percentage of the gross income collection plus GST*. STANDARD SCALE LEASING FEES A success fee, based on the following scale, to be payable upon execution of any new lease, or the tenant taking occupation of the premises, whichever is sooner: > 1 3 year lease: 12% + GST of the gross annual rental (including outgoings) > Over 3 year lease: 15% + GST of the gross annual rental (including outgoings). > Immediately upon engagement, we will write to your tenants and other key stakeholders confirming the new appointment > During our first week, we will undertake a detailed inspection of all tenancies and immediately inform you of any urgent issues that need to be attended to > We quickly familiarise ourselves with the lease documentation and ensure that all critical dates have been recorded and are ready to be actioned > We will ensure your tenants know our processes for communicating any maintenance or arrears issues > We will set up your management on our financial system and issue you with a unique client login so that you can access your information at any time > If we are taking over the management from another property manager, we will ensure we have all relevant keys and files transferred immediately.
