Our fees not only represent exceptional value for money, they are readily recouped in the gains made from your well-managed asset. Once you decide to appoint First Asset Management as your new asset manager, we ll implement a smooth, hassle-free transition from your current property manager. FAIR MANAGEMENT FEES We offer an all-inclusive management fee, which is tailored to you and your property, which is a fixed percentage of the gross income collection plus GST*.
