What will you READ, THINK, DO? mysummer Programs mysummer Kickoff Saturday, June 2, 3-5 pm Drop in to Anythink Wright Farms to learn about the exciting experiences that await you this summer. Sign up for your favorite programs and receive your mysummer journal. Yoga Sundays, 1:30-2:30 pm Join us outside the library or in the program space for a blend of classic yoga for people of every size, shape and skill level. Relax and get psyched at the same time! Participants should bring a water bottle and yoga mat, and prepare for an outdoor session. Appropriate for adults. Space is limited; registration required. Tai Chi Mondays, 9:30-10:30 am The American Medical Association describes tai chi as characterized by physical movement and mental concentration; its purpose is to moderately exercise all the muscles and achieve integration between mind and body. Joe Dunn, instructor at the Northglenn Senior Center, will help you learn the basic movements of this ancient practice. Please wear comfortable clothing for this outdoor class.
