2 Welcome from the General Chair On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to welcome you on the 10 th International Conference on Management, Enterprise and Benchmarking to be held in Budapest, Hungary. MEB 2012 is an international conference to provide a forum for presentations and discussions of scientific, economic and business areas. This year we would like to focus on the management, development and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises. The growing international competition in the economical arena has created a demand to establish a forum in order to improve quality and education efficiency on the field of management, enterprise and benchmarking. The aim of the conference is to provide researchers and practitioners from higher education, academia and industry with a platform to report on recent developments in the area of economy. I want to thank a large number of volunteers who have contributed tremendous time and effort to bring the conference to you. Especially, I want to acknowledge the effort of the committee chairs, and committee members, and all those persons responsible for the background activities from local arrangements to conference secretariat. 4 VENUE The Conference will be held at the building of Óbuda University (address: Népszínház u. 8, H-1081 Budapest). REGISTRATION All the attendees are kindly asked to send back the registration form. The registration desk will be open from 8:30 on June 1. LANGUAGE The official languages of the Conference are English, German and Hungarian. All the camera-ready manuscripts should be submitted in one of the official languages. PRESENTATIONS Conference rooms are equipped with OHP and data projector with PC. Authors are kindly asked to take their presentation either on CD or Pendrive, and not to use their own laptop. SOCIAL EVENTS All registrated participants are cordially invited for lunch and banquet.
