2 WHO ARE WE? Caribbean Media Network USA: is a media division of the multicultural firm; Infiniti Global Media LLC. Caribbean Media Network is a leading media resource organization for consumers and media professionals in the U.S.A and the Caribbean. We offer a one-stopshop for advertisers, news outlets, consumers, and professional organizations. Our services include from advertising sales, campaigns, programming, and special events coverage. THE EVENT: MOVERS AND SHAKERS NETWORKING SERIES The 2013 Caribbean American Movers and Shakers Networking Series include a series of promotional events targeting an affluent consumer in the prime markets of Atlanta, Georgia, New York, New York, and Miami, Florida. The events will include several categories of engagement with consumers at each given location. Atmosphere/Venue- The venues will be upscale social lounges or restaurants, which targets corporate and professional consumers. Sponsors contribution will primarily go towards the music, food, beverage, and production costs in hosting the events. These venues include a prime atmosphere for affluent consumers, interested in purchasing luxury products. Honorees/Professional- These notable celebrity and public figures will create a non-traditional atmosphere for consumers and product providers to network during the 4 hour event. Diversity- We will target Caribbean American, Hispanic, and African American honorees and consumers at the events. Pre and Post Coverage- Caribbean Media Network USA will work with publicist, radio, television, and print media outlets to promote these events in their given cities. This will include flyers, invitations, and banners of the event distributed on the internet, and direct to the consumer. Selection Process: The selection of the honorees will be handled by CMN and affiliates in each city. The honoree/professional will be chosen from their direct contribution to the city and Caribbean American Community. These contributions include Music, Fashion, Government, Business, Travel, Medicine, and more Initiative: This networking series wil serve as a marketing event for sponsorships to target the affluent, professional, which attends the Caribbean American Movers and Shakers. These series of events will target the metropolitan cities of Atlanta, New York, and Miami. A range of guests which are interested in Caribbean, travel, culture, arts, entertainment, and music.
