1 State and Local Association Start-Up Form for The National Association of Realtors Convio Grassroots Communications System All fields are required unless otherwise stated. Access to the Realtor Party Hub Dashboard will not be provided until this form has been completed in full. This person will be required to attend the mandatory NAR Convio Basics training either online or in person. The Authorized Administrator will have access to all basic software modules and all online trainings and tutorials and will also be designated to manage software access for other staff in your association. 2 Additional administrators may be established to allow multiple people in your association to have access to the Convio system. Additional Administrators have access to only to the specific software modules that you specify via the attached roles and privileges documentation. They will also have access to online trainings and tutorials. Please note that NAR will not reimburse you for travel and lodging expenses for staff to attend the in person training. If you would like your default and page wrappers to be the NAR-created versions, please provide your Association logo in JPG format so it can be incorporated into these default templates in your center. Please send a logo no more than 300 pixels wide if your logo is a landscape format (wider than it is tall), or no more than 200 pixels wide if your logo is a portrait format (taller than it is wide). If available, please also send the hex code for your preferred background color. Hex code is in the format #FFFFFF. 3 Administrator Roles and Privileges- Types and Descriptions. Type Description Center-Manager (Default for Single- Administrator Centers) The Center Manager has full access to the Convio system. If you are a single-administrator within your Association, this is the role you will need. This is the only role that can create other administrators and assign them to administrator security groups. Advocacy Author Advocacy Authors can create and launch advocacy campaigns, create webpage content to accompany those campaigns but not publish those webpages. They can create s but are not allowed to send them. They can manage groups and query for subsets of members, but they cannot edit member information. Advocacy Manager Advocacy Managers can create and launch advocacy campaigns, create and launch the webpages that accompany those campaigns, manage the wrappers for webpages, create and send s, manage the stationary (wrappers) for , edit member information and run basic and advanced reports. Content Author Content Authors can create and launch advocacy campaigns, create but not send , create but not publish events, view but not edit member information, create webpage wrappers but not publish them, create surveys but not publish them, manage groups and query for subsets of members. Content Manager Content Managers can create and publish advocacy campaigns, , events, stationary (wrappers), webpage wrappers and surveys. They can also edit member information, manage groups, query for subsets of members and run basic and advanced reports. Unlike full center administrators, though, they cannot create new administrators or manage administrator security groups within a center. Designer Designers have limited permissions to create webpages, webpage wrapper and stationary (wrappers) but do not have permission to publish any of this content. This role is useful for 3rd-party designers outside your Association. 3

4 Events Author Event Authors can create events but not publish them. They can create s but are not allowed to send them, and they can manage stationary (wrappers). They can also manage widgets and URL shortcuts. They can manage groups and query for subsets of members, but they cannot edit member information. Events Manager Event Managers can create and publish events, modify purchases of event tickets, create and send and manage stationary (wrappers). They can edit member information, manage groups, query for subsets of members and run basic and advanced reports. Fundraising Manager** List Manager Fundraising Managers can create and publish fundraising campaigns, modify contributions and process refunds, create and send and manage stationary (wrappers). They can edit member information, manage groups, query for subsets of members and run basic and advanced reports. This role can only be offered via participation in NAR s PAC Management program. It is controlled by NAR RPAC staff.** The List Manager can edit member information, manage groups, query for subsets of members and run basic and advanced reports. The can import and export any data from the system as well as run the utilities to find duplicate members. Messaging Author The Messaging Author can create but not send , they can manage stationary (wrappers) and manage ecards. They can manage groups and query for subsets of members, but they cannot edit member information. Messaging Manager Messaging Managers can create and send , manage stationary (wrappers) and manage ecards. They can also edit member information, manage groups, query for subsets of members and run basic and advanced reports. Report Manager The Report Manager can edit member information, manage groups, query for subsets of members and run basic and advanced reports. SERVICE LEVEL The Basic Service Level for all participating associations includes the following Convio modules at no cost to your association: Constituent Data Management, Messaging, Advocacy, Events and PageBuilder. Per your Letter of Agreement document, your association may incur charges for advocacy work if you send faxes instead of s to elected officials. It is up to your association, campaign by campaign, as to whether these charges will be incurred. In they are incurred; Convio will bill you directly for those fax charges each quarter at the rates listed in the chart below. 4

5 Type Fax to Policy Targets Fees $0.10 per page sent within domestic U.S. Request separate pricing sheet for international faxes. Convio Billing Procedures A. Payment Schedule All payments are due thirty (30) days from the relevant invoice date, and shall be made in US dollars by check sent to the address shown on the invoice. Failure to pay all amounts within sixty (60) days of the invoice dates set forth in this Section shall be considered a material breach of your signed Letter of Agreement. In such event, Convio, at its sole discretion, may levy on Participating Organization s account late fees in the amount of 1.5% per month (or the maximum late fee allowable by law, if lower than 1.5% per month), and/or may suspend Services. Communications Usage Fees are tracked as they accrue and invoiced on the first day of each calendar quarter (i.e., Communication Usage Fees are payable in arrears). 5
