4 Personnel Larry B. Parker-President/Owner Larry is the owner of Weathergard, Inc., which has been in the commercial roofing business for thirty-five (35) years. Larry has a total of thirty-five (35+) plus years experience in commercial roofing. Larry currently holds a "Level 2" badge at Catawba, McGuire and Oconee Nuclear Stations. Larry has been extensively involved with many Duke Energy roofing projects. He has completed the required training at the nuclear sites. He will be available as needed on most any site. George S. Urbaniuk-Vice President/Estimator/Project Coordinator George has an Associate in Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology and sixteen (16) years experience in the commercial roofing industry. He has worked for a roof consulting firm and for the City of Charlotte s Roof Management Program. He is a member of the Construction Specification Institute and has been certified as a Construction Document Technologist through them. He is an Industry Member of the Roof Consultants Institute and the Carolina Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association. George has completed the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training, First Aid/CPR, and Roofers Asbestos Supervisors Training. Richard Mills- Safety Director Richard has twenty-seven (27) years commercial roofing experience and is the Company Safety Officer. Richard has been employed by Weathergard, Inc. for fifteen (15) years. Previous to his employment with Weathergard, Inc., Richard was employed with Nelson Hall & Associates, Inc. and held the position of Vice President and roof consultant, and was involved with Duke Energy on many projects in that capacity. 5 He has been involved with many Duke Energy roofing projects at the Catawba Nuclear Station, McGuire Nuclear Station, Oconee Nuclear Station, Central Region facilities and corporate facilities. He has completed the OSHA 30-Hour Compliance Guide, Supervisor's course in Asbestos training, HAZMAT training, Medic First Aid/CPR training, Pendent Crane & Rigging, SARA Training, Fire Safety & Hot Work Permit Training, the Contractor's Safety and Health Orientation Course (Contractor Safety Council, Piedmont Region), Bloodborne Pathogen training, OSHA approved Industrial Truck Operation (forklift), OSHA 10- Hour Safety Training, and the MSDS Guideline Safety Program written by the NRCA. He has attended workshops, put on by the NCDOL, and received credit in Fall Protection and Electrical Safety. Laurie Thweatt-Estimator/Project Coordinator Laurie has been with Weathergard for over two (2) years. She has completed the Roofers Supervisor s Asbestos training course, and will attend other training sessions as they become available. Laurie is working with the estimating of new projects, private work and coordinating our Service program. Richard S. Parker- Sales/Service Rick has had twenty-three (23) years experience in commercial roofing and related sheet metal work. Rick was the Roofing Project Supervisor over the Hearst Towers, downtown Charlotte. Rick spent eight (8) years involved with various roofing and waterproofing projects at Duke Power s Catawba, McGuire and Oconee Nuclear Stations. Rick has completed the Roofers Supervisor's Asbestos training course, HAZMAT training and the OSHA 10 Hour Compliance Guide for OSHA Construction Industry, Powered Industrial Truck Operator Training (forklift), MSDS Guideline Safety Program written by the NRCA, Medic First Aid/CPR training and Blood Borne Pathogen training. Jesse Bowman-Field Superintendent Jesse has been employed with Weathergard, Inc. for thirty-five (35) years. He is over all field job sites and visits all jobsites. Jesse has attended the OSHA ten (10) Hour Safety Course, Basic First aid and CPR and Bloodborne Pathogen Awareness Training.
