Our Shows promote miniatures both as an art form and a hobby. Exhibition space, which is not guaranteed based solely on the submission of an application, is filled by category to ensure a broad selection of merchandise. To keep the Show fresh and vital, we will debut new dealers every year. Merchandise category, display appearance, price range and workshop participation are the requisites for filling the exhibition space ensuring an outstanding parade of eye-catching merchandise tailored for all tastes. On Saturday night we will be offering a dealer gathering with complimentary food and beverage. Relax and enjoy this personal time with friends. Please visit our website for the latest information. 3 Contract and Signature page WE AGREE TO RENT one space at the miniaturia Unlimited Show(s) as noted on the prior page. The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft or damage to exhibitor s displays, equipment and other property while on Resort premises, and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against miniaturia Unlimited LLC or its affiliates arising from such loss, theft or damage. The exhibitor agrees, for the benefit of miniaturia Unlimited LLC and its affiliates, to comply with all Resort policies for exhibitors and all applicable laws, codes and regulations. In addition, the exhibitor will defend (if requested by and with counsel satisfactory to miniaturia Unlimited LLC), indemnify and hold harmless miniaturia Unlimited LLC and other affiliated or related companies from and against any liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs through and including any appeal, arising from or in connection with the exhibitor s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof or any negligent act, error or omission or willful misconduct of the exhibitor or its employees, contractors, subcontractors or agents. It is agreed that if the miniaturia Unlimited Show is cancelled, this contract is null and void and no claims may be made except for return of monies paid for space at the Show. Cancellations prior to December 15th will incur a $25 dollar processing fee and there will be no refunds for cancellations made after December 30th. One dealer and one helper allowed per exhibitor. A $15 fee for extra helpers applies please furnish their names for badges. Please have adequate merchandise displayed, including items for order only and please maintain the appearance of your table for the duration of the Show. YOU MUST SUPPLY your own table covers. SALES ROOM TABLES are not to be moved their exact locations have been approved by the Fire Marshall. EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCIES the closed Ballroom doors must not be used 5pm Saturday to 4pm Sunday. AS YOU KNOW, early breakdown of your table is not permitted. Please remain with your exhibit until closing. PLEASE BE SURE your exhibit is staffed at all times. Report problems or shoplifters to the Admissions Desk as soon as possible. THERE IS NO SMOKING in the hotel. Please smoke in the designated areas only. PLEASE TURN OFF your lights at the end of each day - there s no public address system to remind you. BE AT YOUR EXHIBIT ready to go 5pm to 8pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday and please remember to keep your area neat and tidy, it s the rule. SALES SLIPS, which include the seller s name and address, must be given with all merchandise sold. FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR CUSTOMERS there will be no sales of any kind prior to the preview.
