2 1. SALES Responsibilities: Drive and grow business opportunities on focused accounts, products or services assigned. Develop and maintain a practical account plan and consistent forecast, in lieu with company requirements. Achieve assigned annual sales quota and market penetration. Requirements: People who are likes business development and sales with a "do it" attitude that make things happen. Willing to learn new areas and skills and maybe have some experience in business development and sales. Good relationship and communication skills. Must be able to strategize, plan and execute any plans given. Professionalism with positive attitude. Strong command of English, spoken and written. Possess own transport.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER Selangor - Kelana Jaya Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining, installing & troubleshooting the system s application for all servers and workstations inclusive operating systems, office applications and other software applications in the project assigned. Provides post-implementation support. Performance OS hardening. Problem identification and troubleshooting of hardware, OS and Software; and manage case escalation if necessary. Performs activities related to the project implementation, maintenance, and support for Solaris/AIX/RHEL on Oracle (SUN)/IBM/HP hardware. Demonstrate passion in technology and willing to research, experiment and prototype solutions and tools that are needed. Perform activities related to web and application installation and deployment for JBOSS/ Oracle Application Server 11g/IBM Websphere/Apache Tomcat Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Knowledge of Solaris or AIX or Linux is a must Experience in systems planning and delivery activities Knowledge in the web and application deployment environment (JBOSS EAP, JBOSS SOA /Oracle Application Server 11g/IBM WebSphere/Apache Tomcat) will be an advantage. Fundamental knowledge and Open Source technologies on LDAP and SSO environment (OpenLDAP, OpenSSO, Active Directory) and clustering tools (DRBD, MS Failover Clustering, VCS) will be an added advantage. Assist in production troubleshooting 24/7 and Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. Candidate must possess good technical competence in the fundamentals of troubleshooting Hardware and Software. Familiar with the change management procedures. Self-motivated and resourceful. Able to work independently. Able to learn fast. Good communication and interpersonal skills required Interacts with team leaders and technical staff. Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu Possesses good people skills needed to successfully support the growing needs of client and project management in the area of infrastructure setup. Candidate who has good knowledge and experience in supporting Veritas products such as Unicenter System Management, Netbackup, Storage Foundation and/or Veritas Cluster software will be an advantage. Knowledge in the programming and development (php, Java, perl) will be an advantage. Preferred language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

5 3. TESTING ENGINEERS Responsibilities: Participate in software requirement study (if required). Plan and implement testing events/activities. Develop Test Case, Test Script and Test Report. Conduct software acceptance testing session with users (eg. FAT, UAT). Manage Defect Log for software testing. Participate in developing Product Backlog Item (For project adopting Agile Scrum Methodology). Requirements: Hold a recognized Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent qualifications. Key quality(s): Able to work independently, quick learner, proactive, good interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, excellent communication skill, good analytical skill. Fluent in spoken and written English language. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices will be added advantages. Willing to work long hours. Fresh graduate with good academic results may be considered.

INTERNAL SUPPORT -Network monitoring - Format laptop and desktop - Repair laptop and desktop hardware - Install and configure windows server 2000, 2003, Install and configure linux, centos OS - Install network printer - Support and maintain internal networks - 24x7 standby if any issue -Manage and audit system security policies, software locensing and hardware assets - Troubleshooting end user all technical issue such as hardware, software, printer, photocopie and networking connections - Maintain system server and network - Responsibilities or ad-hoc task as assigned by the superior
