1 1. Who can use Agent Portal? Any active agent who is associated with Future Generali Life Insurance Company Limited can logon to Agent Portal 2. What is the definition of an active agent? An agent, whose License code has not expired or is not terminated in FG, is an active agent. Suspended agents can also access the portal, provided that their license has not expired. 3. How to access Agent portal? This link will work for internet as well as intranet. 4. How to login? Agent can logon to agent portal by providing username and password. The algorithm for username and password is as below. Username Business code is the username. Password It is combination of first 3 characters of first name of an agent + 8 digits of Date of Birth. For Example If an agent exist in FG System with following details Business Code Name - Ratan Sharma Date of Birth 01-Jan-1980 Then following will be his User Name and Password User Name Password rat@ (DDMMYYYY)

How do I check my commission statement on Agent Portal? i) Logon to Agent Portal with User Name and Password. ii) Click on Generate Commission Statement Tab. iii) Select From and To Date Range for which the statement needs to be generated and click on generate button. iv) For the selected date range all the commission cycle where the commission is paid to agent statement will be appear in pdf file. 3 Enter date range and click on generate 6. How do I check my policy details? i) Logon to Agent Portal with User Name and Password ii) Click on Policy Details Tab. iii) Select From and To Date Range of statement cycle for which policy details are to be checked and click on Search button. iv) Policy details for the commission cycle occurring between the selected date range will appear in a grid. v) Click on Download Excel link just above the grid to download policy details in excel for further analysis. The commission statement is exactly the copy of the statement that agent has been receiving it till date from his respective branch. 8. Below is the glossary for the commission statement i) FYC First Commission and First Year Renewal Commission ii) RYC Renewal Year Commission iii) L & D Allowance It is the allowance paid to an agent basis of completion of certain trainings. iv) Others It is the adjustment that is made towards the agent s earnings. v) Deductions It is the deduction that is made towards the agent s earnings. vi) Quarterly Production Bonus It is the earning of an agent towards his production in a quarter or consistency allowance. vii) Annual Production Bonus It is the earning of an agent towards his production in a given annual year. viii) Service Tax It is service tax which is borne by company towards agent s earnings. ix) Education Cess It is education cess tax which is borne by company towards agent s earnings. x) Secondary & Higher Education Cess - It is Secondary & Higher Education Cess tax borne by company towards agent s earning. xi) ST Borne By Advisor It is Service tax which is paid by advisor on his earnings.

5 xii) EC Borne By Advisor It is education cess tax paid by advisor on his earnings. xiii) SHEC Borne by Advisor It is Secondary & Higher Education Cess tax paid by advisor for his earnings. xiv) Tax deduction at Source It is a TDS that is deducted from advisor s earnings. xv) Final Payment for the Month It is figure that arrives from Total Earning of the Month Less Taxes borne by company and agent himself net of TDS. xvi) Adjustment of Previous Month It is the adjustment of previous commission cycle that is made on the current month s earning of an advisor. xvii) Cheque Bounce Charges It is the charges that are deducted from agent s earning for each dishonored cheque against a policy for the given commission cycle. xviii) Net Payable It is the final amount payable to an agent. It is derived from : Final Payment for the Month Plus Adjustment of Previous Month Less Cheque Bounce Charges.
