Open to any degree. Bachelor of Business, Commerce & Management preferred. FINANCE Learn to manage the intricacies of some of Australia s largest balance sheets while being supported through a CA or CPA qualification., major in Accounting or Finance. MARKETING Gain incredible hands-on experience as you design communication strategies and outputs that are seen by over 17 million customers every week. Bachelor of Business (major in Marketing), Bachelor of Management, Marketing or Digital Marketing. THE ULTIMATE IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DIGITAL E-COMMERCE IT BIG DATA Predict buying behaviour and change the way people shop in-store, online and via mobile through an entrepreneurial use of data intelligence, analysis and judgement. Change the face of a business sector as you work with Australia s leading retail brands to identify future needs, innovate, build and test solutions, and provide post-implementation support. Following your orientation, you ll take up your first rotation. You ll also join a small, cross-functional task force with other graduates to undertake different projects related to leadership. This will include research, conducting executive interviews and pitching responses to case studies. Your focus here is to develop a range of leadership-related skills such as emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, business decision-making skills and team dynamics. Periodically, you ll join with all other graduates in leadership development workshops to present your findings, share your experiences and participate in structured learning sessions featuring many of our Executive team. Together with your on-the-job responsibilities and directmanager guidance, this is a structured experiential journey. Following one of our twelve graduate streams, you ll develop sound expertise in an area directly related to your professional ambitions. Within this stream, you will rotate to a new department or project every three, six or twelve months (depending on the graduate stream you join). Both your managers and graduate coordinator will support you through your rotations, but it s up to you to make the decisions on how you develop your career. Actively networking and putting your hand up for projects and opportunities that particularly interest you are strongly encouraged. Fast-track your analytical, decision-making skills and judgement as you plot business strategies for an ASX top 10 corporation that operates in one of the most fast-paced business sectors.
