MAIN FUNCTIONS 1. Lg-in - Access the lgin screen will appear: - Yu enter yur accunt numbers in the field "Custmer ID" and then enter passwrd in the field "Passwrd" by 2 ways: Optin 1: Enter yur passwrd by entering the characters n the cmputer keybard Optin 2: Yu can click n the virtual keybard f the lgin screen t enter yur passwrd. This feature can help yu t avid lsing passwrd caused by the applicatins that steal infrmatin nce yu type n the keybard. - Press Enter r click n Lgin buttn t lg int the system. Ntes: If yu enter wrng passwrd three times, the captcha (image verificatin cde) will appear. Yu must enter crrect accunt, passwrd and Tken cde (If yu use Tken) If yu want t clear the infrmatin that yu have entered in the field "My Accunt" and "Passwrd", click n "Delete" buttn t lgin again. In case this accunt is lgged n by tw different cmputers, the system will ntify This accunt is being used in a different cmputer r device. E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 2

3 1.1 Frgt Passwrd In case yu frgt yur passwrd, click n the link "Frgt passwrd". The screen will appear: Step 1: Enter Custmer ID, captcha and Tken cde. Then click n Request buttn. Step 2: Check yur address that yu have registered fr E-Trading services. In yur mail bx, yu will receive an frm SSI. Click n the first authenticatin link. After that, the system will autmatically send back a new passwrd that yu can lg int the system. Nte: The tw authenticatin links t verify yur request f new passwrd nly exist in 7 days frm the day yu sent the request. After 7 days if yu dn t click n either link, tw authenticatin links will be expired. 1.2 Change Passwrd This allws yu t change yur passwrd lgging int the system. Yu shuld change yur passwrd immediately when yu access yur accunt at the first time. Click n Accunt Manage buttn Change Passwrd Fill yur infrmatin in this screen Click Accept 2. PIN cde/tken cde - In rder t place yur rders r take utility services cnveniently and quickly, the system supprts tw types f authenticatin: Using Tken: Tken is a device that generates a randm passwrd when yu press the buttn n the device. Passwrd created by the tken will be valid fr ne time use nly. After using it (t cnfirm yur rder,), this cde will expire immediately. Tken prvides yu the highest security fr yur transactins as well as yur ther requirements n Web Trading. Yu need t register fr using the Tken device. E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 3

4 Using a PIN cde: A PIN cde is enclsed in an that SSI sends t yu at the first activatin SSI Web Trading (alng with Custmer ID and passwrd). Yu can change yur PIN cde and use it fr a lng time until yu want t change. When using a PIN t verify rders, the system has an ptin "Save PIN cde" that helps yu nt t re-enter yur PIN until yu escape the system and s yu can place rders mre quickly. The functin Save PIN cde will n lnger wrk nce yu exit the system and it must be reselected in the fllwing lgins. Nte: Yu can change the authenticatin type frm Tken t the PIN cde r vice versa at anytime by using the functin Accunt management >>"Change PIN and verificatin types": 2.1 Hw t change yur authenticatin type? 5 3. Multiple accunt management Web Trading versin 3.2 allws custmers t manage multiple accunts in a single lg. After lgging in frm yur agent accunt, yu can switch t ther accunts by: Click n the menu Default Accunt Change Chse default accunt Default accunt will be displayed autmatically at all the functin screens. At each screen functin, yu can als change t the accunt yu want by entering the crrespnding accunt in the bx "Accunt N". 4. Online Trading Functins 4.1 Stck Qutes A securities price bard with useful functins: Display the securities cdes in the prtfli f investrs n the price bard Mnitring the securities cdes f HOSE and HNX at a same time. Yu can remve the securities cdes that were added t the price bard. E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 5

6 Add/remve the prtfli int the price bard Investrs can add their prtfli int the price bard by clicking n the "Lad frm the prtfli" buttn n the price bard Yu can remve the securities cdes in the prtfli frm the price bard by mussing n them and clicking n X buttn t delete these securities cdes Add/remve securities cde int the price bard: - Optin 1: Enter the cde in the field Add New stck, press Enter. - Optin 2: Click n the Select Stck buttn, the screen will appear as belw: Click n "HOSE" r "HNX" and select securities cde. Then click View Or click n the letters n the screen t add new securities cde. The system will autmatically check the securities cde that begins with selected letters and then click n View" buttn t display the selected securities cde n the price bard. Click "Hide" t clse the screen. Ntes: Duble click t mve the rw t the tp f the price bard Yu can remve a securities cde frm the price bard by clicking n Delete all buttn t remve it frm the price bard. 4.2 News & Securities data When yu click n the securities cdes n the price bard, the system will autmatically pen the web page that yu can view the news and securities data, including: Overview f the cmpany. Cmpany prfile: Main business, affiliates, management bard... Histric qutes f securities Technical analysis charts Securities related news Analyst reprts E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 6

7 Fundamentals 4.3 Margin stck list (Applied fr margin accunts nly) When custmers chse margin accunts t trade, margin stck list will appear abve the stck qutes. This list shws all the stck cdes which are allwed t buy, t sell, t depsit n margin accunts with the rate f supprt. Custmers can view all r type their wanted stck symbl t search: Term explanatin: Rate f supprt: is the rati between the supprted value ver custmers assets at market prices Fr example: Rate f supprt f stck ABC is 30%. This means custmer s equity ver value f ABC by the market prices is 70%. Custmer can buy this stck with 30% f value supprted by the securities cmpany. 4.4 Buy Order Entry Yu can place rders t buy securities by many ways: Click n Buy buttn at any screen. Press Ctrl+B Click n Buy buttn n the price bard The steps are as fllws Step 1: At any screen click n "Buy" buttn r Ctrl+B, Buy-rder-entry screen will appear as belw: E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 7

8 Step 2: Fill in the blanks with rder infrmatin Enter the securities cde. Use the Tab, Enter key r muse t mve acrss the field. In case yu are nt sure abut the securities cde, yu can search by clicking n the "securities cde", enter the characters, the system will display the full name, the reference price, ceiling, flr, 3 best buying/selling prices and crrelative amunt, highest price, lwest price, the current average price f this securities cde and credit available. D nt enter spaces and cmma between the numbers. Yu can use a dt in the price field. Step 3: Order Cnfirmatin After enter the rder infrmatin cmpletely, yu press Enter r click Buy buttn. An rder cnfirmatin screen will appear: 4.5 Sell Order Entry Click "Cnfirm" t transfer the rder int the system, click "Cancel" t annul the rder. If yur rder is valid, yu can check all f yur rders n the screen Order status Yu can place rders t sell securities by different ways: Click n Sell buttn at any screen. 9 Step 3: Order Cnfirmatin After enter the rder infrmatin cmpletely, yu press Enter r click Sell buttn. An rder cnfirmatin screen will appear: 4.6 Split rder Click "Cnfirm" t transfer the rder int the system. Click "Cancel" t annul the rder. If yur rder is valid, yu can check all f yur rders n the screen Order status With an rder f large vlume, the system will autmatically split int many rders in cmpliance with allwed vlume stated n the stck trading rules f the Hani and H Chi Minh Stck Exchange Custmer click n the buttn put rder and then all the rders will be sent t the system in a mment! 10 4.7 Grup rder This functin will supprt custmers in placing a lt f rders with the same vlume and price r placing many rders with the rules f increasing r decreasing vlume and price cmpared with the first rder s ne. At the buy/sell screen, custmer tick n Grup rder functin: Grup rder screen appears, custmer can set up the rule fr the rders f the grup basing n the vlume and price f the initial rder: Number f rders: number f rders in the grup Step vlume: basing n the vlume f the initial rder, custmers can set up the rule fr ther rders in the grup by setting the increasing r decreasing step f vlume. The system als verifies if this step f vlume is in cmpliance with ne stated n the stck trading rules f the Hani and H Chi Minh Stck Exchange. Step price: basing n the price f the initial rder, custmers can set up the rule fr ther rders in the grup by setting the increasing r decreasing step f price. The system als verifies if the prices are in the range f flr price and ceiling price and cmpliance with the stck trading rules f the Hani and H Chi Minh Stck Exchange. After setting up cmpletely, custmer reviews again and click n the buttn Create rder, cnfirmatin screen appears shwing all the rders f the grup in detail: E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 10

11 Custmer click n the buttn put rder and then all the rders will be sent t the system in a mment! 4.8 Tday Trading Results In this functin, yu can view all the status f yur rders during the sessins - Click n "Transactins" buttn -> chse "Order Status" - The Order Status" screen will appear as belw: Order Status: Matched Orders Order is waiting in SSI: The rder is prcessing n the system that has nt been transferred t HOSE / HNX Order is waiting t be matched in HOSE/HNX: The rder has been prcessed and transferred int HOSE / HNX system Fully match rder: The rder has been prcessed in HOSE / HNX and matched all. 12 Partial match rder: The rder has been prcessed in HOSE/HNX and matched vlume is smaller than amunt that yu have placed. Cancelled Orders Order is waiting t be cancelled in SSI: The rder is prcessing n the system that has nt been transferred t HOSE/HNX Order is waiting t be cancelled in HSX, HNX: The rder has been prcessed and transferred int the system HOSE / HNX. Order is cancelled: The rder has been cancelled in HOSE / HNX. Refused Orders Order is refused by SSI: The rder is denied n the system that has nt been transferred t HOSE/ HNX Order is refused by HSX, HNX: The rder has been transferred t HOSE/HNX successfully but has been rejected by HOSE/HNX. 4.9 Cancel Order Befre cancelling rders, yu need t check the current status f yur rders n the screen "Order Status". Yu can cancel rders that they have nt matched yet. The steps as fllws: Step 1: Click n the Cancel buttn n the screen "Order Status". The cancel-rder-screen will appear: Step 2: Enter the Tken cde r PIN cde. Next, click n "Cancel rder" buttn. Step 3: Press Enter r click n Cancel buttn Cancel Order cnfirmatin screen will appear: Step 4: Click Cnfirm fr cancelling the rder, click Clse fr nt cancelling the rder 4.10 Prtfli Management Yu can mnitr the infrmatin f stcks and amunt that yu bught/sld in the latest three trading days Cash Accunt Cash Balance Display yur cash balance that yu can buy securities and wait-t-receive amunt after selling securities. 20 4.16 Mney transfer Yu can transfer mney and check the status f yur mney transfer requests thrugh ur SSI Web Trading by a simple and flexible way: - Transfer mney t the 7 registered internal stck accunts at SSI. - Transfer mney t any bank accunt in Vietnam that has the accunt wner s name cincides with SSI's stck accunt wner s name (These bank accunts d nt need t be registered with SSI) - Transfer mney t 3 bank accunts that have the accunt wner s name different frm SSI's stck accunt wner s name. (These bank accunts must have been registered befre with SSI) Mney transfer request Click n Utilities functin -> Mney transfer, the screen will appear as belw: - Fill yur infrmatin in this screen - Click Accept Mney transfer status This allws yu t check the status f mney transfer transactins: - Click n Utilities buttn -> Mney transfer Mney transfer status - The screen will appear as belw: E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 20

Upn registratin, yu can request t transfer mney between the accunts using yur PIN r Tken's OTP - Bank accunt infrmatin fr mney transfer: Yu can register up t three bank accunts and then request fr mney t be transferred frm yur SSI trading accunt t: 1. Frmat f phne number must be 10 digits starting frm 09 and 11 digits starting frm 01. This mbile phne number must nt be registered fr any ther accunt. - Only authenticatin by incming mbile number when yu make a query n CC: with this ptin, yu agree that when yu query n IVR (Interactive Vice Respnse), the system will verify custmers nly by incming mbile number. If yu d nt tick n this ptin, yu will be require t enter yur PIN r Tken cde as usual - Verificatin types: there are 2 types f verificatin: by PIN cde and by Tken cde - CCPIN: PIN cde is registered t use when calling SSI Cntact Center. This PIN cde nly includes digits and has at least 4 numbers - Language: Yu can chse ne f the fur languages: Vietnamese, English, Japanese and Chinese.
