Enviroseal has been instrumental in developing advanced polymers for research and development with the U.S. Department of Defense for over ten (10) years Our most significant development was the ability to make in 24 hours h an instant airfield currently being used by our armed forces around d the world. Technically these polymers are called a long strand, cross linked d Acrylic co- polymers that can replace cement as a primary construction material This development led to the discovery of new polymers for use in a wide variety of commercial sealers and coatings like Roof-Guard 101 Installing Enviroseal M10+50 Military Soil stabilizer Landing a C-130 on an unpaved runway

We live in one of the most severe weather-prone areas on Earth. Each year, Americans cope with an average of 10,000 thunderstorms, 2,500 floods, 1,000 tornadoes, and six deadly hurricanes. Potential deadly weather impacts every American, from High Fuel Costs, Increased Insurance Premiums, and Loss of Services. 90% of all federally declared disasters are weather related, leading to around 500 deaths per year and BILLIONS of Dollars in damages Communities and individuals are better prepared from the onslaught of severe weather through better planning, education, and awareness. No community is storm proof.

Are There Forecast Patterns? The experts seem to think so. Forecasters at NOAA are predicting that we are in the 2 nd year of a 20 year cycle. Everyone in the U.S. South East and Gulf Coasts could be in harms way. The Insurance Companies are counting on it. Just look at premium increases over the past 12 months.

Do You Really Think The 2005 Season Is Over? NOAA Satellite Image 3 October 2005

Roof Failures Cost A Lot of Money State Farm is willing to reduce premiums on new and innovative products like these, other insurance companies will be following their lead. The loss to property due to roof failure in wind storms causes over 60% of the total claims paid and amounts to Billions Of Dollars Per Year. Saving your roof covering also reduces or eliminates the risk of Black Mold, Mildew and Algae growth. All of which are serious health hazards. Roof-Guard 101 has been successful in passing the Florida wind tunnel tests to 110 mph to 130 mph gusts with 8.8 per hour of wind driven rain. No tabs lifted and there was no water intrusion.

OUR PROVEN CONCEPT Roof-Guard 101 not only prevented algae growth and retained the granular on these roofs, but kept all shingle tabs intact with no leaks during the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons. The original installation done in February of The Photo was taken in April of 2004 This photo is a 12 year old roof that was treated in 2000

Roof-Guard 101 was installed on Asphalt Shingle Roofs in February of 1999 The original intent of this product was to eliminate granular loss and the growth algae. By April of 2004 we released Roof-Guard 101 for full production and began installing it on single family homes in South East Florida. In August and September 2004, Florida had experienced the worst hurricane season in history. In our area of St. Lucie County, we had the unfortunate chance to receive (3) three named storms in a matter of weeks. The registered wind velocities reached during Francis were 100 mph for 5 days straight. Jeanne lasted 12 hours with sustained winds of up to 130 mph. The third storm was Ivan which provided in excess of 12 of rain in 24 hours with wind gusts to 80 mph. The year 2005 we were tested again with WILMA. In over 300,000 ft2 f roofs that we treated since June or any of those done last year, only 15 missing tabs were reported. We have over 15 letters of recommendations from our valued customers so far after a calling 16 homeowners. Again winds of up to 130 mph were reported. Many of our customers s have no phone service yet. This year Roof-Guard 101 was again field tested when KATRINA hit the Gulf Coast.. Again no loss of shingle tabs.

The Widespread Damages Caused by Hurricane Winds and Rain Most of these homeowners lost their personal possessions and their homes suffered from Black Mold because of Failed Roof Shingles

Asphalt Shingle Facts: Asphalt Shingles are NOT waterproof, even when new. UV Destroys asphalt in the shingle, makes it brittle, and crack in less than n half the time of a shingle s s rated life in High UV areas. The Most Common Enemy of an asphalt shingle roof is Algae named GLOEOCAPSA MAGMA.. This algae thrives on moisture and the composition of asphalt shingles, causing granular loss and increased destruction tion from UV. Cold climates further destroy shingles through freeze-thaw cycles. Manufacturers Warranties: With very few exceptions, the manufacturers do not cover wind or water damage. Roof-Guard -101 seals cracks and protects new or old roofs. This in-situ applied monolithic membrane will hold a shingle roof together. It has been wind tunnel tested AND has passed the real test under actual conditions of up to 130 mph gusts here in Florida with Hurricane Jeanne in 2004 and in 2005 with Hurricane Katrina in Mobile, Alabama and Wilma in Florida Hail: Will cause significant damage to roof surfaces as well. By making a total monolithic sealer to your roof the impact damage is spread more evenly over the entire surface thereby lessening any impact damage.

How Does Roof-Guard 101 Work? 1. Existing 3 tab roof shingle 2. Application of Roof-Guard Roof-Guard 101 goes on as a white liquid 4. Roof-Guard 101 is beginning to cure as it wicks beneath the shingle. Time elapsed about 10 to 15 minutes. 5. The wicking is completed and the surface is curing to form a dried film about 4 mils thick. Time elapsed 15 to 25 minutes. It is now waterproof. 6. The clear finished product will fully cure in 2 to 3 days, depending on ambient conditions.

This is the last-page of the official Florida Test report. Roof-Guard 101 surpasses the rigid standards as set forth by the TAS testing Requirements on a 60 mph rated shingle. The shingles applied with Roof-Guard 101 survived 110 to 130 mph wind gusts and actually strengthened the shingle over 215%, and reduced the wind and water friction by 60%

Of the 25 homes in this gulf community 24 homes experienced extensive roof Damage. One roof did not! Guess which one did not? You guessed right. The one sealed with Roof-Guard 101 tm

Cost Effective 3 Year Warranty Environmentally Friendly 60% Reduction of wind friction Strength increase in excess of 215% reducing wind up-lift Increases roof life at least 10 years Exceeds FEMA recommended hurricane roof building code requirements Roof-Guard 101 IS Affordable Roof Protection
