4 Company Profile CONTROL & COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IT Department The main duty of this Department is to develop and implement all the software applications that are needed in the implemented projects, it contains, time and attendance Systems, HR Systems, inventory control Systems, queuing Systems etc. The applications are written under: Oracle, Visual C++, MS SQL server and others.. Maintenance & Project Department The main duty of this Department is to make all the necessary maintenance for the sold equipment, as part of the duties is to make the preventive maintenance before any failure occurs during the free maintenance period and this covers all the equipment under maintenance agreements. We keep enough spare parts for all the equipment that we sell in order to have a very quick response to any failures that might happen. Accounting Department This Department handles all the financial related issues that cover bank transactions, preparing bonds, issuing and tracking invoices, tracking tax and customs. 4

Site visit give us a clear vision on the access gates to make sure that our solution is right. After the site visit, the field engineers study the solution with the managers in a special meeting in the company to come up with the best ideal solution with the best price. Then diagrams is drawn to show the whole site to make sure of the equipment, cables and other needed items plus the estimated time needed to finish the project. Then we reach the last stage where we prepare the technical and financial offers taking into consideration offering the best suitable price. After the implementation is done, we focus on the after-sale service that is covered in the maintenance agreement where we fix any error (if occurred) within a very short period of time as stated in the signed agreement. 5
