2 Company overview Production plant located in Torre Can.se (TO) - ITALY History and Company Presentation The history of BIMETECH S.r.l begins on 9 th February Our goal was to acquire and relaunch the manufacturing of sintered strips and bimetallic components previously performed by TRIONEURO SpA. BIMETECH S.r.l industrial project was effectively launched in October 2009, after a 6-month negotiation. This launch was supported by a half-staffed startup, implemented with the agreement of the parties in order to ensure the necessary continuity towards customers. BIMETECH S.r.l plants and headquarters are located in Torre Canavese (Turin) in an area called Canavesana. The property is represented by Pier Carlo Forneris and Marco Trione, with equal shares. The core business of BIMETECH Srl is the production of bushings, half bearings and thrust washers made up with bimetallic materials (bronze and aluminium-based). Cornerstone of our project is to keep all good lessons learnt from the past. Before projecting our thoughts to the future and presenting the goals that we intend to pursue, we want to reconnect ideally to the history and background that belongs to us. We can easily do it thinking about some old pictures depicting workers in the "Fonderia e torneria metalli Federico Botto" (a company specialised in metal turning and melting, which represents our ideal founder, followed by BIMET and then TRIONEURO SpA). In this way we want to show our gratitude to those who, during the last century, believed in an ongoing industrial project marked with Canavese excellence worldwide, as we currently do. We know that we are leading a renewed Company, not just a new one: this is why we really want to thank everyone who made the BIMETECH project possible from employees to customers and suppliers above all. 2
