3 To Open MP State Election Commission Tracking Software enter following URL in browser's address bar - URL: If URL typed correctly then following screen will display User Type Field contains 3 options - After selecting ECIL following screen will display- E. 4 1. Select ECIL as User Type. 2. Enter correct Username and Password. 3. Click Login button After Successful Login Home Screen will display E. V. M T r a c k i n g S o f t w a r e Page 4

5 In Home Page Following 5 options are available 1. Home 2. E.V.M. Dispatch 3. Report 4. Change Password 5. Logout 1. Home: This is Home Screen of ECIL. 2. E.V.M. 6 How to Operate Master Dispatch Register (Control Unit)? To Open Master Dispatch Register (Control Unit) Click on E.V.M Dispatch And Select Control Unit From List. After Clicking on Control unit Under E.V.M Dispatch Following Screen Will Display: E. V. M T r a c k i n g S o f t w a r e Page 6

7 Step 1: Select District Step 2: Enter Box Number. Step 3: Select Year Of Manufacturing Step 4: Enter Delivery Challan Number Step 5: Enter Delivery Challan Date. (Note : for Selecting date click on calendar icon to open calendar) Step 6 : Enter Control Unit Id and DMM Id in Yellow Boxes. E. V. M T r a c k i n g S o f t w a r e Page 7

8 Points to Remember a) Only numbers are allowed in Control Unit Id and DMM Unit Id. b)control Unit Id Length is MPC + 5 Digit Number. c) DMM Unit Id Length is MPD + 6 Digit Number. In This Screen we will enter those DMMs which are attached with Control Unit If Control Unit Id Already Exist in Database then following message will display If Particular Box Number has only 5 devices then we can delete some rows by clicking on remove button. 10 How to Operate Master Dispatch Register (Ballot Unit)? To Open Master Dispatch Register (Ballot Unit) Click on E.V.M Dispatch And Select Ballot Unit From List. After Clicking on Ballot unit Under E.V.M Dispatch Following Screen Will Display: E. V. M T r a c k i n g S o f t w a r e Page 10

14 How to Operate Master Dispatch Register (DMM Unit)? To Open Master Dispatch Register (DMM Unit) Click on E.V.M Dispatch And Select DMM Unit From List. After Clicking on DMM unit Under E.V.M Dispatch Following Screen Will Display: (Note: In This Screen Those DMMs are entered which is to be sent separately) E. V. (Note : for Selecting date click on calendar icon to open calendar) Step 5: Enter DMM Id from (Which represent First DMM Unit Id) and DMM Id to (represent Last DMM Unit Id) If DMM Unit Id between MPD and MPD already exist in database then following message will display E.
