1 Full tuition scholarships available Baylor University--Full tuition to National Merit Finalists. Belmont Abbey offers ten full-tuition, full-room scholarships. The Hintemeyer scholarship for Leaders is awarded to young Catholics who are serious about their faith and are already leaders in their church, school, or community. Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas awards five full tuition scholarships and five 3/4 tuition scholarships. To be eligible you need an ACT of 27 and GPA of 3.2. You must be admitted to Benedictine by January 15. Benedictine--Valedictorian receives full-tuition scholarship + $1000 Catholic HS award Boston University offers 10 Alexander Graham Bell Scholarships to student with strong math and science backgrounds who plan to pursue the study of engineering at Boston University. Boston University--Trustee Scholarship Buena Vista College awards up to five full-tuition scholarships. You must meet 2 of 3 criteria: GPA 3.85, ACT 29, or top 5% of graduating class. Application deadline is January 15. Canisius College--Two per Jesuit high school based on GPA of 3.78 and SAT 1280 or ACT of 29 Catholic University of America--30 Scholarships--rank in top 10%, 3.5 GPA, 27 ACT or 1200 SAT with demonstrated commitment to school, church, and community. College of the Holy Cross offers two full tuition scholarship to students who will major in the Classics. Strong background in Latin required as well as outstanding grades in other subjects. Creighton University--Full tuition scholarships in College of Business Administration and for Black and Hispanic Scholars Davidson offers six full-tuition, room, board, and fees scholarships. Included in the scholarship are 2 summer experiences in international study, public service or

2 corporate leadership. Criteria varia. Davidson also offers two full tuition scholarships based on leadership, academic excellence and a commitment to community service. Denison University--Several full tuition scholarships. A liberal arts school in Ohio. Denver University--Alumni Scholarships--top 5% 28 ACT or 650V, 650M leadership and extracurriculars DePauw University--10 full-tuition, room, and board and 20 full-tuition scholarships based on exceptional academic achievement. Also, 10 full-tuition scholarships based on leadership and community service, volunteerism, and academic achievement and essay. Devry Institute of Technology--30 full tuition Drake University--15 Alumni and George Carpenter Scholarships. Top 5% 3.75 GPA ACT 29 or SAT 1270 Duquesne University--Chancellor award--full tuition. Emory University--60 Full tuition and full tuition, room, board, and fees Evansville University --National Merit Finalists Fordham University --All National Merit Semi-Finalists who rank in the top 10% of their class Hastings College--3 Iowa State--First 50 National Merit Finalists who apply who live in Iowa. Iowa University--Full tuition for Iowa residents ACT 28 or top 10% Iowa--Full-tuition, fees, and book allowance for major in chemistry, physics, or astronomy. Four awards. Top 5% of class and ACT 30.

ACT of 29 with 4.0 with special preference for science minded individuals Loyola College in Maryland--Presidential Scholarships SAT of 1250 and GPA of 3.7 Loyola Marymount University--10 Trustee Scholarships. Verbal and Math scores above 650 or ACT 29 Loyola New Orleans--10 full-tuition scholarships plus room scholarships. ACT 29 or SAT 1300 Loyola of Chicago awards two full-tuition scholarships to incoming freshman who commit to entering one of the pre-professional programs in medicine, dentistry, optometry, or veterinary medicine. Also full tuition scholarships awarded to applicants for the Honor Program and five National Merit Semifinalists. Marquette University--Marquette Distinguished Scholar Award--Five are awarded to students who are in top 5% of class and score ACT 30 or SAT Special scholarship application to be completed by February 1. Midland Lutheran College--10 full tuition scholarships based upon rank in top 1/4 of class, ACT of 25, and participation as a leader or officer in three or more activities or organizations in school, church, or community. Five Minority Achievement Awards to students in top 1/2 of there class and ACT of 18 or better and involvement in activities and leadership positions. Milwaukee School of Engineering--L.A. Rader President's Scholarship--4 fulltuition. Need at least 28 on ACT and 3.8 GPA. Montana State University--Presidential Scholars. ACT of 30 required. Mount Mercy College--ACT 26 and 3.5 GPA and extracurriculars Nebraska Wesleyan--Board of Governors Scholarships for National Merit Finalists Neihardt scholarship at Wayne state includes full tuition, room and $500 stipend of these are awarded every year.

Ohio Wesleyan University--20 Full-tuition Presidential scholarships and four fulltuition Phi Alpha Theta Scholarships in History for students who indicate they intend to major or minor in history. Must be in top 10% of class and ACT 27 or SAT Quincy University offers six full-tuition, room and board scholarships. Regis University--Full tuition scholarship in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. On Campus competition in February. Rhodes College--4 Bellingrath and 2 Hyde Scholarships--Full Cost room and Board. Six Morse Scholarships--full tuition. Rhodes College--Nine full-tuition and four include room, board, and fees. Competitive scholarship for those with 4.0 average, ACT score of 30 or above and strong leadership involvement. Richmond University offers up to five full-tuition, fees, room and board and a one-time $1500 summer study/travel stipend. SAT's should equal 1450 and class rank should be top 5%. Three full-tuition, room and board and fees to students majoring in biology, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, or physics in preparation for graduate work and careers as scientists or researchers. SAT total should be 1450 and top 5% of class. Southern Methodist--Presidential Scholarships top 10% and 700V, 650M or SAT 31 Southwest Missouri State University awards 40 full-tuition, room and board scholarships. You need to be in to top 10% of the class and have an ACT of 30 or SAT 1320 to apply. National Merit Semifinalists may also apply. Spring Hill College awards as many as four full-tuition scholarships. To be competitive you must have ACT of 27 or SAT of 1200 with proven leadership qualities and outstanding character. Special application, essay and interview are required.

5 St. Edward s in Texas --Full-tuition for top 10% of class and ACT of 28 or SAT of 1250 and record of service, leadership, a global perspective, and passionate interest in education. St. Joseph s University offers full-tuition scholarships to students with an ACT of 34 or SAT of 1500 and an A average. St. Louis University --30 Presidential Scholarships--top 10% of class and ACT 30 or Sat Suffolk University in Boston offers full-tuition scholarships to students qualifying for the Honors Program. Texas Christian University--30 scholarships The University of Dayton, A Catholic University, offers full-tuition scholarships through the Honors and Scholars Program at Dayton. You must complete admission and scholarship applications by December 1. Website: The University of Detroit Mercy offers up to 10 Full-tuition Insignis Scholarships. Students with an ACT of 25 and an average of 90 or above may be eligible. The University of Rochester offers 10 Full-tuition Renaissance Scholarships based on academic and personal achievement and test scores. Truman State--12 Pershing Scholarships, tuition, room and board. No specific cutoffs Tulane University--Deans' Honor Scholarships (50)--Typical Winners have SAT 1500 (ACT 33) and rank in top 5% of class and have an outstanding record of extra-curriculars. Tulsa University--All National Merit Finalists, National Achievement Finalists, National Hispanic Scholars University of Chicago--Up to full-tuition for extraordinary student. Extraordinary accomplishment in addition to top 2% of class and ACT of 33 or higher. University of Miami--Top 5% and SAT 1300 or ACT 30

6 University of Missouri at Kansas City-- 10 Trustees Scholarships are full tuition and fees and $2,000 for living expenses and $500 for books. You will receive a paid internship with the company sponsoring the scholarship. Must apply before November 15th. University of Nebraska at Kearney--Regents Scholarships University of Nebraska at Lincoln--311 Regents Scholarships based on combination of class rank and ACT. All 2005 winners had an ACT score of at least 30 and a class rank in the top 10%. National Merit Scholars who designate UNL their first choice school also receive full tuition. University of Nebraska at Omaha --Regents Scholarships for full tuition are awarded to those with an ACT of 29 University of Northern Iowa--Presidential Scholars--Full tuition, room and board- -ACT 29 and top 10% University of Scranton--Ignatian Scholarship based on SAT of 1300, academic achievement, leadership and service University of Southern California--100 full-tuition scholarships to those who are in top two percent of the class University of St. Thomas in Houston--top 10% of class and ACT of 27 or SAT Also, National Merit Semifinalists and National Hispanic Scholars. Wabash College offers the Wabash College Lilly Fellowships which cover tuition, fees, room and board plus $1000 travel stipend in junior year. Application must be received by March and campus visit made by March 15. Character, creativity, and academic accomplishment are the basis of selection. Wake Forest University--5 Reynolds scholarships (full-tuition, room and board, book, all personal expenses), 5 other full-tuition scholarships, SAT 1450 and above and top 3% of class. Also 7 Gordon Scholarships (full-tuition) for African American students. Washington and Lee University offers George Washington Honor Scholarships up to full tuition, room and board. Application deadline is December 15. You must request a honor scholarship application. School record, testing, recommendations, and honor essay are the basis for selection.
