2 Arizona s Catholic Tuition Support Organization (CTSO) is governed by: Dear Friend, Thank you! Education plays a key role in making positive changes in the life of a child. Your support has helped us impact the lives of many children with improved educational opportunities. The Arizona s Catholic Tuition Support Organization (CTSO) is grateful for your contribution that allows us to award need-based scholarships.
