4 Smoking cessation Aim To reduce smoking prevalence in all children and young people Provide confidential and professional advice and support Support national health events within the community Offer continued individual support and advice through drop-ins Use recommended motivational interview techniques Provide nicotine replacement therapy Increase quit rates in young people

8 National Child Measurement Programme Aim To help support a reduction of obesity in children and young people and increase the number of children and young people maintaining a healthy weight Offer national child measurement programme screening for all reception and year 6 children Confidential drop in support at school Option of further support through the weight management and dietitian services
