4 CourtesyMasters Executive Search Methodology 1. Qualification of the assignment A Job Description is provided to CourtesyMasters by the employer Call with the client for detailed definition of the ideal candidate profile according to the employers needs and wishes 1. CourtesyMasters creates the search profile with main job requirements and other desired requirements 2. CourtesyMasters elaborates a long list of candidates based on own network establishes the first contact with each of the long list candidates verifies availability and check motivation and interest on the new project 4. From the long list to the short list start intensive interviews with short listed potential candidates check and test hard and soft skills (in person or phone) check results and career achievements check availability/notice period, salary, diploma s, references check commitment to the presented project (long term vision) 5. Presentation of candidates to employer through CourtesyMasters dedicated profile and detailed résumé 6. Discussion with the client about each of the presented candidates 7. Arrange first meeting and setting up interviews 8. Evaluate feedback from the candidates and the client (double check interest, importance and availability) 9. Arrange second/third interviews 10. Offer: negotiation to take place with the candidate directly, with CourtesyMasters extensive follow up and assistance 11. In permanent contact with the candidate during the candidate s resignation period 12. In close contact with the candidate and client during at least the first 6 months of employment for level of satisfaction evaluation
