1 3. Transfer For the most part, credit transfer involving public post-secondary institutions in this province occurs on a course-by-course basis. There are, however, program or block transfer arrangements also available to students (see following tables). For more information consult the appropriate institutional calendar or Registrar/Student Service Offices. Within the Province Sending (Credits) Adventure Tourism Program Adventure Tourism Program Bachelor of Science Degree Business Management Program Diploma (3 ) (SWGC) (SWGC) North Atlantic Students who have graduated from the two-year Adventure Tourism program, or who are in their final semester of the program, can apply for entry with advanced standing into the Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Environmental Studies Degree Program offered by Sir Wilfred Grenfell College. (60 credit hours towards the 120 credit hours degree program). Students who have graduated from the two-year Adventure Tourism program, or who are in their final semester of the program, can apply for entry with advanced standing into the Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Tourism Studies Degree Program offered by Sir Wilfred Grenfell College. (54 credit hours towards the 120 credit hour degree program). May be considered for advanced standing to the second year of Medical Laboratory program. Limited spaces are available due to severe space restrictions. Qualified graduates may be admitted to the Bachelor of Business Administration Program on the basis of block transfer with course requirements for completion of the BBA specified for each of the College business diploma programs. Diploma program graduates will be required to complete a minimum of forty-five credit hours beyond those used for their college diploma. Admission is limited and competitive and is based on overall academic performance.
2 (Credits) Business Management Program Diploma (3 ) May be considered for admission to term three of the Bachelor of Commerce (Cooperative) program at Memorial ; may be considered for admission directly into the Bachelor of Business Administration or the Bachelor of Commerce (non-cooperative) program. If admitted, they will be required to complete a minimum of forty-five credit hours beyond those used towards their college diploma. Community Recreation Leadership Program May be admitted with advanced standing to the Bachelor of Recreation (Co-op) degree program. Engineering Technology (Three Year Accredited Diploma Program) with an overall average of 75% First year university at Memorial with eligibility for application to Term I, Bachelor of Engineering Program. Engineering Technology (Three Year Accredited Diploma Program) or a similar diploma taken from a recognized university/college and acceptable to the admissions committee. Bachelor of Technology Program - entry into the thirty-nine credit hour program. (subject to meeting the language proficiency requirement). Environmental Technology three year program Bachelor of Technology Program entre into the thirty-nine credit hour program. (Subject to meeting the language proficiency requirement). Environmental Technology three year program (Corner Brook campus) (SWGC) Entry into year two of the Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science degree (45 credit hours). Health Sciences (Three Year Accredited Diploma Program) or a similar diploma taken from a recognized university/college and acceptable to the admissions committee. Hospitality Tourism Management Diploma Program (2 ) (SWGC) Bachelor of Technology Program - entry into the thirty-nine credit hour program. (Subject to meeting the language proficiency requirement.) Students who have graduated from the two-year Hospitality Tourism Management program, or who are in their final semester of the program, can apply for entry with advanced standing into the Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Tourism Studies Degree Program offered by Sir Wilfred Grenfell College. Adventure Tourism Laurentian Bachelor of Professional Arts - Communication Studies Program Graduates who meeting Laurentian 's entrance requirements will be eligible to be admitted to year two of the four-year Outdoor Adventure Leadership specialty in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree.
