X ALSTOM will be using the TLD.alstom with no intention to sell or approve the use of domainnamesoutsidetheorganization;itsaffiliatesortrademarklicensees; XthepurposeofthisrequestistoprotecttheTLD sregistrant,theirbrands,promoteand maintaintrustintheirregistriesandfosterinnovation. XALSTOMwillregisterandmaintainalldomainnamesforitsexclusiveuseandtheoneofits Affiliates or trademark licensees; and will not sell, distribute or transfer control of any registrationsinthetldtoanythirdpartythatisnotanaffiliateoftheregistryoperatoror trademarklicensees; XtheTLDaimsatcreatingasecureandsafeInternetenvironmentforitsonlineactivitiesto communicate with internal Business Units, external business partners, shareholders, customersandfuturestakeholders. XALSTOMshallretaintheauthoritytomodifyorterminateregistrationsatanytimeviathe selectedicannxaccreditedregistrar XALSTOMwillhavedirectcontrolovertheRegistryServiceProvider XtheregistrationpolicyherewithshallbeenforcedatalltimebyALSTOM Additionally ALSTOM TLD is not a generic strings and does not enter in conflict with Specification11oftheRegistryagreement. 2 If based on ICANN's determination of the Specification 13 application, the applicant may further negotiate any provision of the Registry Agreement, the applicant will provide its requestedchangestothebaseregistryagreementtoicanninnolaterthan90daysafter theapprovalorrejectionofthatapplicant'sspecification13applicationorfebruary1,2015, whicheverislater. Registry Operator agrees that if Registry Operator makes any changes to its registration policiesforthetldwhetherbeforeorafterthisapplicationhasbeenapproved)thatmay disqualify the TLD as a.brand TLD, it will promptly provide ICANN with a complete and accurate copy of the revised registration policies. In addition, if Registry Operator fails to maintainthetrademarkregistrationunderlyingits.brandtldapplication,itshallpromptly notifyicannofsuchfailure.registryoperatoralsoagreestomaintainthecriteriarequired toqualifyasa.brandtldandtoimmediatelynotifyicannofanychangesincircumstances that could alter the statements made, and supporting materials provide with, this application.
