Panels made out of EGSS withstand Corrosion and Sand Blasting effect in GCC climatic conditions Right from the shearing operation till the buffing operation, high standards of process quality are maintained by the highly skilled team of operators under the guidance of qualified QA/QC Engineers Pre-treatment & Painting Seven Tank Dip Type Pre-treatment Process [Degreasing, Zinc Phosphating & Chromate Sealing] to enhance corrosion resistance of panels After pre-treatment, the panels are powder coated in in-house High Precision Powder Coating Booths and oven baked at 250 C. This ensures no rusting and scratch resistant painting of panels. In-house Painting is type tested by doing 1000 hours salt spray testing of the coated parts in independent laboratories.
