Case 74431: Non-incorporation by Norway of Regulation (EU) No (technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations) Event The College took note of the fact that Norway has notified having incorporated the Act referred to at point 66nf of Annex XIII of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (.Commission Resulation (EU) No 965/2012 of 5 October 2012 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council), as adapted to the EEA Agreement by Protocol 1 thereto, into its national law. The College, thus, concluded that no letter of formal notice should be issued and that the case can be closed in the near future. 10. case 74275: Non-implementation by Iceland of Directive nC (Interoperability of electronic road toll systems) Event failure to implement the Act referred to at point l8b of Annex XIII to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (Directive 2004/52/K of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the interoperability of electronic road toll systems in the Community), as adapted to the EEA Agreement by Protocol I thereto, into its national law and its failure to notifir the Authority forthwith thereof, as Decision No COL 11. Case 74274: Non-implementation by Norway of Directive t8C (Interoperability of electronic road toll systems) Event The College adopted a decision to issue a letter of formal notice to Norway for failure to implement the Act referred to at point l8b of Annex XIII to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (Dtrective 2004/52/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the interoperability of electronic road toll systems in the community), as adapted to the EEA Agreement by Protocol 1 thereto, into its national law and its failure to notify the Authority forthwith thereof, as Decision No COL L2.
