AThe building has a BREEAM rating of Very Good, which means it scores well in respect of energy use, pollution, ecology, use of materials, management, and transport. The effect on the environment comes high on the check list of many of the top UK companies. Vertex has been designed with a mind to energy use, which also has implications for bottom line fuel bills. QSecurity is important to our business, how does Vertex deal with this? ANot only is the building discreetly positioned, the site can be completely enclosed with barrier access if required, and in addition, tenants can arrange for 24 hour security. Vertex is almost invisible from the main entrance to Chineham Court although there are good views from the west and south west over Basingstoke, due to the building s elevated position.

4 QHow many people could typically fit into the building? AThe building is designed for an occupancy rate of 1 person per 10 square metres, so the whole building could accommodate over 400 staff. The Basingstoke demographic is able to provide supply of high quality staff. This is due to the location of many of the top international companies in the fields of information technology, telecommunications, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors. QAre there any hotels nearby? AThe 4 star Centrecourt Hotel is within a 5 minute walk and offers high quality dining and leisure amenities. The 4 star facility provides up to 40 rooms, a conference suite, a leisure and fitness suite as well as superb restaurant. There are many other top quality hotels nearby, such as The Apollo (4 mins drive) and the Regent Park Hotel (7 mins drive).

6 QIs there room for expansion on the campus? AYes, there s a serviced office provider occupying three other buildings on the campus, who is able to offer a wide range of conference and meeting rooms for longer term property solutions. Along with extensive facilities provided within the campus a small restaurant is also open for use of the campus occupiers. QIs there much parking? AWith 209 spaces the parking ratio is excellent at 1 space: 208 sq ft net. Additional parking may be available on the campus by arrangement. The very generous parking ratio is set to the front side and spread over two tiers to the back of the property.

8 QWhat signage could we have? AWe will allow both external and internal signage for your company s name. Chineham Court is sign posted from the A33. There is good signage provision on site with a prominent road sign fronting the A33, on the approaches to and from the Great Binfields Road roundabout. QWhat is the smallest amount of space available at Vertex? AWe can split the upper floors to a minimum of 7,432 sq ft ( sq m). The upper floors can be split into a range of floor areas to suit occupiers who want high profile offices but are not able to take on the full space. The reception amenities can be shared under negotiation with the agents.

Take the Line 2 bus from the railway station and approximately 15 minutes later you will arrive just 400 metres from Vertex.
