3 Self Serve ADVISEMENT REPORT from was sent on March 16, 2015 to all students informing students of the new Advisement Report. The Academic Advisement Report (AA Report), a tool available to full-time program students, is now also available to students enrolled in part-time programs. The AA Report allows you/program administrators/faculty to view and review your progression toward meeting undergraduate part-time program degree requirements. You can easily generate your own AA Report in RAMSS. The Report is an opportunity for you to better self-assess your own academic history-to-date and to plan for your future. More details about the AA Report: As of March 16, 2015, you will have access to use the RAMSS Self-Service Academic Advisement Report. To generate your own Academic Advisement Report online through RAMSS: From your Student Centre > My Academics > Academic Requirements. Step-by-step instructions are available at: NOTE: To view your Advisement Report you will have to click from the drop down menu under Academics - Academic Requirements - >> (Go), it will take you to your Academic Requirement page, scroll down to View Advisement Report. Use your AA Report to: - check the accuracy of your academic record, including approved transfer credits, challenge credits and course substitutions or directives; - determine remaining program requirements - assist you in your course selection process; - ensure that your course enrolments fulfill program requirements. Your Self-Service Academic Advisement Report Shows: - all of your graded courses; - all of your currently enrolled courses; - all of your transfer credit courses; - your program course (curriculum) requirements; - how completed, current, and transfer credit courses fulfill your degree requirements; and - non-applicable courses and credits - courses that are not being applied to your degree requirements. Please Note - Important Information There are a small number of students admitted prior to 2009 who will see all of their courses listed only in the "Non-Applicable Courses" section. Curriculum Management (Advising) will continue to support you, as a student who is in their final term of study, by providing you with a Manual Advisement Report assessed by our CAOs. The online Manual Advisement Report Request Form can be found here: NOTE: CVFS401, CVFS402, CVFS403, CVGE140, CVGE141 are counted as part of the Disability Studies curriculum however they do not appear in this report as such because they are offered through Continuing Education. Handled manually by Curriculum Advising at time of graduation. 3

Failure to meet the terms of their Probationary contract will result in the student s being Required to Withdraw from their program.
