1 High Performance Circuit Breaker S800HV-K for applications up to 1000 V AC The new High Performance Circuit Breaker S800HV is designed for voltages up to 580/1000 V AC. The S800HV is available as 1-, 2- and 3-pole version. The small pole width of only 27 mm allows a space-saving installation. The current range covers the rated operational current range from A with a max. rated short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu) of 4 ka. Due to the high rated operational voltage, the field of application is wide from underground mining to distributions on high altitudes. 5 Increase of breaking capacity For a higher short-circuit breaking capacity, a self-resetting short-circuit limiter, the, can be installed upstream to the S803HV-K. The ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu) is thus increased to 15 ka. 2CCC413403F0001 The can be used either for line or group protection.
