3 About Us PSC Systems is a major supplier of print services and an accredited QMP mailing house. We provide print management, direct mail and fulfilment and are a leading provider of personalised plastic cards in the UK. Launched in 1989, PSC Systems have steadily expanded to provide a complete direct mail and plastic card service with a dedicated team of some 30 employees. Most of our in-house services are automated for speed, accuracy and efficiency. Our purpose-designed office, warehouse and printing facility on the Wirral, has been built to our own very demanding specifications. We re fast, flexible and always in control. Our national customer base includes Banks, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, retailers, insurers and many other UK business sectors. As a Print Management company PSC Systems work with a core network of preferred supplier partners. To qualify as a preferred print supplier, printers must undergo a rigorous validating process. We carry out quarterly assessments on all of our validated suppliers and continually assess them to guarantee the highest possible standards. 5 Direct Mail Services PSC Systems have been in the mailing business for more than 25 years and offer a versatile, round-the-clock, automated direct mailing, mailshot and fulfilment service in the UK. Our Print Management team can arrange artwork and source quality print services at great prices. Alternatively we can simply manage your existing mailing materials. We are well equipped to handle high-volume projects whilst low-volume mail-outs can also be managed cost effectively using excellent postal discounts. Our state of the art facilities can cope easily with a wide range of products and sizes for mailing out to your customers and we can personalise each item if required. Personalisation of your mail pieces is via a bank of high speed laser printers. Our super-fast inkjet printer can print directly onto your envelopes, flyers or postcards. Fulfilment - We are able to fold and insert using barcode or OMR technology and multiple match and selectively insert items - enclosing into envelopes or polybags. Hand fulfilment is also available if required. We can format, integrate and manage your data securely to work with our systems. Safeguards are built in to protect confidentiality and we can provide secure storage in our large warehouse. We provide a complete direct mail service that is first class. 4

6 Fulfilment Fulfilment is the natural extension of our direct mailing activities, with our expertise we can always fit the bill. We regularly handle a wide range of projects including council tax year end billing, rent statements, electoral registration mailings, newsletters, retail marketing campaigns, postcards to name but a few. Many of our direct mail services, including personalisation, enclosing and polywrapping are fully automated. We also have the facility to manually mail-out bulky or unusually shaped items or those requiring individually selected contents. Using our versatile, high-speed lasers, we can overprint not just letters, envelopes and brochures but also a wide variety of promotional materials, including awkward items such as folded, cut-out, heavy gauge, unusual finishes etc. Through our excellent contacts at Royal Mail and with other downstream access providers, we are able to consult with our customers as to the best available discounts on a project by project basis. This work includes providing the base stock of council tax bills, personalisation (capturing the data using electronic media) of those bills, folding and inserting with other leaflets into envelopes. All the bills are walksorted and posted out on time - which is absolutely critical at this time of year. The work is executed to an excellent standard and we have no complaints.
