From our experience we have identified a handful of elements that impact the success of the entire project. Mitigating and ideally, avoiding these risks will go a long way to achieving a successful outcome. At the same time, we have also identified opportunities that, when proactively implemented, can greatly assist in delivering the project on-time and within budget.
