4 SPEAKER BIOS Meredith S. Auten is a partner in Morgan Lewis s Litigation Practice and is a member of the White Collar Litigation and Government Investigations Practice. Ms. Auten concentrates her practice on the representation of corporations and individuals in all aspects of white collar litigation. A significant portion of her practice involves defending Civil False Claims Act/qui tam actions. David J. Berardinelli is a partner in the law firm of DeForest Koscelnik Yokitis & Berardinelli, where he began his legal career in David s work focuses primarily on litigation in the areas of white collar criminal defense for both corporate and individual clients, products liability law, and business litigation. He also practices in the areas of First Amendment and defamation litigation and labor and employment disputes. Thomas A.
