HAI is the backbone of the system. Members swiping proximity cards at the main door are identified by the HAI controller, allowed access, and lights, music, and TVs are activated. After 20 minutes, lighting and entertainment turn off if no movement is detected and temperature setpoints automatically adjust. Tanning bed access is also controlled by proximity cards. Professional installation of HAI Omni Commercial Controller with RS485 data bus and three expansion enclosures. Application Spotlight Battery-powered utility vehicles would often sit for extended periods without use. Personnel were required to start the vehicles and sit with them to keep the batteries charged. The garage doors had to be opened and fans activated in order to remove vehicle exhaust. As a secured area under control of security staff, the environment was perfect for an automation solution. Vehicles were automated to start on queue while area lights and fans were activated. After 15 minutes, the vehicles and fans shut off while the doors shut themselves. The entire area is now monitored via camera to assure security and proper shutdown of all systems.
