5 Augsburg University of Applied Sciences Augsburg one of Germany s oldest Universities of Applied Sciences; founded in 1660 about 4000 students; 450 foreign students international orientation: about 60 partner universities from all over the world a large variety of courses in English available; free German language courses for foreigners service for incoming students: accomodation, registration, public transport, pick-up at the airport or at the train station, organisation of trips etc.
