1 Register by February 24 and Save $100! Take part in the only program dedicated solely to the dental liability insurance industry! Dental Workshop March 28 30, 2012 Charleston Place Hotel Charleston, South Carolina

2 There is only one insurance industry meeting in 2012 that focuses solely on dental liability: The PIAA Dental Workshop! Insurance industry meetings with general content are a dime a dozen. But this is the only workshop that provides a forum dedicated solely to the dental liability insurance industry. So plan now to join your colleagues on March 28 30, at the luxurious Charleston Place Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina for the 2012 PIAA Dental Workshop! The workshop content is developed exclusively to meet the needs of PIAA member-company professionals involved with dentistry: insurance professionals in claims, risk management, and underwriting, dentists, oral surgeons, and legal counsel as well as anyone else with a stake in the liability issues that arise in dentistry and oral surgery practice. The focus of this year s Dental Workshop is Complications in the Dental Office. This theme gives attendees an opportunity to take an in-depth look at critical issues that all too often give rise to dental liability claims and the various strategies that can be employed to reduce these risks. In addition, the agenda features an update on the performance of the dental professional liability insurance industry as a whole, and how its results compare to those of the medical professional liability insurance industry. Don t miss this opportunity to share ideas, deliberate potential strategies, and discuss the key national trends and issues that are impacting your company now and into the future. If you attend only one insurance industry educational meeting this year, make it the PIAA Dental Workshop. No other program can offer you as much timely, cutting-edge information on dental liability as this one. Discover Charleston! Charleston, South Carolina, is one of America's historical gems, affording a very special opportunity for relaxation, education, and luxury. With its many colonial-era churches, graveyards, and historic buildings, Charleston is a must-see. Located on the southern coast of South Carolina, Charleston s coastal waters, harbor, rivers, and estuaries attract fishermen and nature lovers from around the world. Visitors can enjoy more than 20 golf courses in the area and the pristine oceanfront is just 15 minutes away. Continuing Education The delivery method for all sessions is group live. Credit certification for individual sessions may vary dependent upon the terms of compliance and conflict of interest issues and resolution. Continuing Education credits issued for participation in the CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all states. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of his/her state licensing board(s). The Dental Workshop program content is designed for intermediate and advanced levels. Advance preparation is not necessary for any attendee. For all inquiries regarding continuing education, including complaints and administrative policy, please contact Bill Burgess at , ext 236 or bburgess@piaa.us. The PIAA is an accredited provider of the following CE programs:
