3 PhiliP MarTino Philip Martino concentrates his practice in commercial bankruptcy litigation. Since January 1990, Mr. Martino has been a member of the panel of bankruptcy trustees for the Northern District of Illinois. As trustee and attorney for the trustee, he has been involved in virtually all aspects of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies. In In re Giordano's Enterprises, he was appointed chapter 11 trustee and oversaw the restructuring of a company with substantial franchising, real estate and restaurant businesses. Ultimately, the stabilized assets were sold for over $70 million. 5 PaTriCia J. rynn Patricia J. Rynn is a founding partner of the law firm of Rynn & Janowsky, LLC based in Newport Beach, California. She and her firm are widely recognized as experts in PACA law, and Ms. Rynn has been litigating commercial disputes involving the marketing of perishable agricultural commodities on behalf of all segments of the produce industry for over thirty years. She has enforced multi-million dollar PACA trust creditor claims in high profile district court and bankruptcy cases throughout the country, including Sizzler Restaurants, Kmart Corporation, Affiliated Food Stores, Flemings, Winn Dixie, SK Foods, Ameriserve, Inc., Salyer American Fresh Foods, and Bashas, Inc.
