Independently collected and analyzed data. Developed questions for focus groups, participated in facilitating focus groups, and analyzed the findings from focus groups. Healthy Start: The Magnolia Project Assisted in evaluation of program to improve birth outcomes and women s health in an at-risk community by gathering data and analyzing projected and reached goals of the Healthy Start grant. Participated in confidential phone survey used for evaluation purposes. 4

5 First Coast Counseling and Education Center (FCCEC) Gathered data for bi-annual and three-year evaluation reports for program designed to educate and protect substance-abusing individuals from HIV/AIDS. Center for Substance Abuse Prevention: The Azalea Project Attended meetings to gather information as well as to better understand and evaluate the effectiveness of program designed to prevent substance abuse in women in an at-risk community. Transcribed dialogue from focus groups and assisted in data collection for program evaluation. Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing in Jacksonville, FL Met with city officials to help determine key concerns on the topic. Assisted in updating and reorganizing review of literature and findings from the study. Early Delinquency Intervention Program (EDIP) Gathered confidential information from the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice used for evaluation purposes. Assisted in the organization and analysis of respondent surveys.
