2 SESSION OBJECTIVES Understand the role of the Project Change Management Team Receive update on Change Management activities Foundation for Planning Center Change Management activities 2

3 What is the Role of Project CM Team? Communications Support project related communications Identify key stakeholders; suggest approaches to address issues Training Identify audiences impacted by the rollout and conduct a high-level training needs analysis to identify learning needs Develop a training strategy to support the goals of the LMS Process Support the project to define and document Agency standard business processes Work with Centers to understand their current processes and potential impact of process changes Project Change Management Representatives support Center CM and Transition Representatives with communications, training and process needs 3
