3 What is the Role of Project CM Team? Communications Support project related communications Identify key stakeholders; suggest approaches to address issues Training Identify audiences impacted by the rollout and conduct a high-level training needs analysis to identify learning needs Develop a training strategy to support the goals of the LMS Process Support the project to define and document Agency standard business processes Work with Centers to understand their current processes and potential impact of process changes Project Change Management Representatives support Center CM and Transition Representatives with communications, training and process needs 3

13 Summary Focus of the change management team is training, communications and process Initial CM efforts focused on sub-team work, Level 1 & Level 8 training, and communication and process guides Two Center visits scheduled in March and mid-april/may timeframe. CM team will provide templates and tools to support Center efforts CM team is available to work with Center Change Management representatives on Center CM activities 13
