3 Port Speeds Contractor s Description of Service, include required service description, features and additional features offered by Contractor: Integra's service is a Layer 3 multipoint-to-multipoint virtual private LAN across an enabled backbone. The backbone allows for a diverse range of applications (such as voice, video, ERP, and data applications) to be transported over the same platform. Most importantly, it allows those applications to be prioritized by importance. Quality of service packet labeling allows for application-specific priority queueing of traffic. For example, voice traffic (assuming it is an application on the data network) is recognized by the network devices and receives priority handling over lower priority traffic, such as web browsing. Integra's port-only service does not include the "last mile" of local access (connectivity between Integra's network and customer's demarcation point). ports are delivered at Integra's network points-of-presence (POPs) or mutually agreed upon network meet points. Port transport speeds ranging from 128 Kbps to 1 Gpbs (Ethernet port) are available. Geographic Availability: All Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) territories open to competition as defined by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) where facilities are available either through Integra's owned facilities or through resale of ILEC facilities Service Limitations and Restrictions None. Change Charge Applicability: Change Charges apply to modifications of existing services and features (excluding N/A line items). Change Charges do not apply to disconnects.
