6 PLEASE NOTE: AHSA FUND NAME CHANGES AND MERGERS * CPS Health Benefits Society (CPS) has taken over CUA Members' Benefit Friendly Society (Credicare) (CUA) and they have taken the name Credicare Health Fund (CUA). * NRMA, SGIO and SGIC will no longer be AHSA Funds from 1 January From this date, please contact MBF Alliances regarding these funds. * Healthguard QLD members (Sunhealth, Redihealth & QHealth) are now GMF Health Members. * IOR was purchased by HCF and no longer uses Access Gap Cover as at 1/5/04. * IOOF was purchased by NIB and no longer uses Access Gap Cover as at 2/2/04. * Druids Health Fund (NSW) no longer exists and now forms a part of AHM. * FAI Health Benefits is now called Grand United Corporate Health Limited (FAI). * CY Health members are now Central West Health Cover members as at 1 July * Grand United Health Fund Pty has now merged into Australian Unity Health Ltd (AUF). * Manchester Unity has been taken over by HCF.
