3 The Vision: ABC Based Controlling Step by Step First Step: Activity Based Costing an Efficient method for Cost Management to the SME s as well Based on the reasonable price our Software gives an opportunity for SME s to start using a new method for cost allocation and profit analysis. Second Step: Controlling Data Mart Utilize the available information to support the Management Decision Making We collect and transform data from the recent core systems (Accounting, Finance, Production, Sales) and ABC results to a special, small Data Warehouse. Based on it Managers and Controllers could make any types of report and analysis an easy way. Third Step: Activity Based Budgeting Planning and Budgeting together Our solution integrates the strength of Excel and the ABC methodology so that Users are able to harmonize the procedure of planning, annual budgeting and re-forecast. Fourth Step: ABC Controlling a complete controlling system for SME s Last but not least we could carry out an ABC based controlling system based on our costing and planning software modules, using the Data Mart and the built in and ad-hoc Reports. 3
