Meritan Social Services January August 2004 State Director, Georgia Stepping Stones Program Responsible for design, start-up and implementation of therapeutic foster care program for Tennessee-based company, including all licensure and certification activities; design/development of all policies, procedures, and documentation-related activities; establishment of referral and funding base. Responsible for interdepartmental supervision of employees, as well as coordination with outside public and private agencies and overall Program oversight-including regulatory compliance, budgeting and outcome evaluation. During the first five years of operation grew Agency from single-site provider to third largest provider of treatment foster care services in Georgia with three offices statewide (Cartersville, Conyers, Macon). Northwest Georgia Regional Hospital December May 1992 Human Services Provider Lead Therapist for Adolescent Specialty Treatment Unit (ASTU); provided long-term psychosocial treatment to conduct-disordered adolescents, including individual, group, and family therapy; overall treatment coordinator and Project Coordinator for Adolescent Sexual Perpetrator Treatment Program.
