We begin marketing your business and the Event as soon as it is booked. One month prior to the event, we push marketing on the website, weekly newsletter, social media and online business calendars. Up to 11 months of exposure for your business! This is not your typical networking meeting. Bond Events are designed to engage all guests. We help you coordinate the Bond Event, manage RSVPs and Registration We post photos/video taken during the Bond Event on our website and the Dames Bond facebook page You receive a complete list of all attendees, via excel, so you can personally thank everyone post the event Interested in hosting a Bond Event? This is a great opportunity to share why and how you decided to start your business, share a personal story of the triumphs and pitfalls of owning your business and to let everyone know what your business is all about. You can also provide an exercise, appropriate for your business, for all to participate. You are also encouraged to consider your theme and collaborate with another Dame who can co-host with you. Please check all that you will be able to provide during the event: Water Wine Beer Other (SODA, Punch, Water) Appetizers (ie: cheese, crackers, cookies, finger sandwiches, fruit. You can go all out if you like. Some have provided full barbecues! We just want to make sure guests have something substantial to snack on.) Speaker system (If you don t have one, we can provide one if it is available.) A/V for powerpoint / video if needed Note: Providing complimentary appetizers and beverages is key to a successful event. This is an opportunity to engage any vendor you know, who would like some exposure. Consider friends who cater, have a bakery, wine distributors, restaurants, etc. We prefer Dames are contacted first and/or your contact joins Dames Bond if she isn t already a member.
