2 ANDROID TABLETS: ACCESSING THE APPLICATION Tablet users will need to download the application from the Gogo Business Aviation Splash Page. And here s how you do that. Once on the aircraft, access your device s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network: MyPlaneWifiAP. Next, enable the Unknown Sources setting on your device. To do this, go into Settings > Security > then check Unknown Sources. Then, open a browser and you will be automatically redirected to Gogo Business Aviation s splash page. (If you re not automatically redirected, just type splash.gogo.aero in your browser window.) Tap the DOWNLOAD button Once the application has downloaded, navigate to Apps > Downloads. Touch the Downloads icon and then touch the file AircellIFE.apk. Follow the prompts to install Gogo Vision. Once installed, the application will appear as other Android apps do on your device. IMPORTANT NOTES: MyPlaneWifiAP is the default Wi-Fi network name. However, this SSID can be, and often is, changed during configuration. Check with your operator for your specific network name. Gogo Vision is compatible with the latest Android tablets running: Jelly Bean ( ) KitKat ( ) Lollipop (5.0)

3 IOS TABLETS & IPHONES: ACCESSING THE APPLICATION Once on the aircraft, access your device s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network: MyPlaneWifiAP. Open a browser and you will be automatically redirected to Gogo Business Aviation s splash page. (If you re not automatically redirected, just type splash.gogo.aero in your browser window.) Tablet users will need to download the application from the Gogo Business Aviation Splash Page. Tap on the DOWNLOAD button. You will see a pop up screen; please accept the install. Once downloaded, the Gogo Vision application will appear as other ios apps do on your device s home screen. IMPORTANT NOTES: MyPlaneWifiAP is the default Wi-Fi network name. However, this SSID can be, and often is, changed during configuration. Check with your operator for your specific network name. Due to the small size of iphone screens, you will need to scroll up and down to view all of the splash.gogo.aero page, including the DOWNLOAD button. Gogo Vision is compatible with all ipads and iphones running: ios 7 ios 8 Download via itunes: The Gogo Vision app can also be downloaded from the itunes App Store.

4 LAPTOPS: ACCESSING THE APPLICATION Once on the aircraft, access your device s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network: MyPlaneWifiAP. Open a browser and you will be automatically redirected to Gogo Business Aviation s splash page. (If you re not automatically redirected, just type splash.gogo.aero in your browser window.) To access Gogo Vision, select the View Movies and TV tile. If you navigate away from Gogo Vision and would like to return to it at a later time, please use your browser to navigate to: video.gogo.aero IMPORTANT NOTES: MyPlaneWifiAP is the default Wi-Fi network name. However, this SSID can be, and often is, changed during configuration. Check with your operator for your specific network name. Gogo Vision does not work with 64-bit browsers; if you experience issues using a 64-bit browser, please switch to a different browser or download a different version. Gogo Vision is compatible with the latest versions of most major web browsers. We support the latest release and one prior for the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox Internet Explorer Safari

5 HOME PAGE The Gogo Vision home page serves as a launching point for all of the application s features. At any time, click the Menu icon to return to the home page.

6 MENU AND NAVIGATION Gogo Vision s main menu is accessed by tapping the menu icon to the left of the logo. You can open and close the menu any time. The main menu is where you can select any of Gogo Vision s functions, as well as search titles, and get help. When the main menu is closed, Gogo Vision also lets you navigate around the app by tapping on certain tiles and icons - such as the home page weather and moving maps tiles, and the flight progress bar.

7 MOVIES & TV EPISODES Access Movies and TV episodes in the main menu - via the Movies & TV button. Or, simply click on the magnifying glass to view all content by genre, duration, or type. Once you locate the item you d like to watch, simply click the thumbnail. IMPORTANT NOTES: The category New is used for titles that have been recently added to the Gogo Vision media catalog.

8 DESTINATION WEATHER Destination Weather can be opened via the weather icon directly underneath the Search button. You can view weather as both 10-day and hourly forecasts. To view weather in other locations, visit the Weather Channel website by selecting the logo in the bottom-right corner. IMPORTANT NOTES: Weather information may not always be available.

9 NEWS & INFO Access News clips in the top navigation bar - via the News & Info button. News clips are provided by the Wall Street Journal, and are updated on the ground, between flights. Clips will automatically advance to the next selection upon completion of playback.

10 MOVING MAPS Access Moving Maps of your flight by tapping the moving maps tile on the Gogo Vision home page. The live moving map provides a birds-eye view of the aircraft s position, route previously traveled, planned route to destination, current altitude and ground speed, arrival time, destination weather and more. You can zoom, switch between satellite and standard map display modes, and select full or partial screen views.

11 FLIGHT PROGRESS Always available, the Flight Progress bar displays your flight s current destination, progress, and remaining flight time. Clicking on the bar will open the moving map feature.

12 FILE/SCREEN SHARING (LAPTOPS ONLY) Access Gogo Vision s file sharing capability from the main menu. Step 1: After selecting Share from the application s feature menu, you will be prompted to log in with a desired username.

13 FILE/SCREEN SHARING (LAPTOPS ONLY) Step 2: After logging in, you can select recipients to share with on the left-hand side of the screen.

14 FILE/SCREEN SHARING (LAPTOPS ONLY) Step 3: Once recipients have been selected, you can choose to either share your screen or files with other passengers.

15 FILE/SCREEN SHARING (LAPTOPS ONLY) Step 4: If file share has been selected, you will be prompted to select the file that you wish to share. If screen share has been selected, you will be prompted to approve or reject the running of a Java plugin please approve this plugin to share your screen.

16 FILE/SCREEN SHARING (LAPTOPS ONLY) Step 5: After a file has been selected, the recipient user will be prompted to accept or reject the incoming file share. After screen share has been selected, the recipient user will be prompted to accept or reject the incoming invitation. If the incoming file share is rejected, users will be notified and the action is canceled. If the share is accepted, the incoming file will be saved to the recipient s Downloads folder. You can view past file/screen share activity be looking in the Complete window on the page.

17 CABIN MANAGEMENT For aircraft with a cabin management system integrated with Gogo Vision, CMS controls can be accessed straight from the Gogo Vision app menu. No more logging out and logging in. Just tap to open your CMS, do what you need, and get right back to your entertainment. IMPORTANT NOTES: A compatible CMS must be installed and configured properly for access via Gogo Vision. Current compatible CMS are: Lufthansa NICE Rockwell Collins CES, CMS-1, Venue Heads Up Technologies Clairity Emteq E-Connect
