Many of our larger clients know our team members by first name already they know we will be there on time and we will sort out their plumbing issues right first time round. We receive accurate and detailed project requirements from the client. Information regarding a project is relayed in-depth to the responsible team and the Operations Manager liaises with the team and client throughout the project. Once a project is completed, we follow-up with the client on service levels. We invest in the very latest equipment/tools to ensure speed in undertaking projects. We really have some mean equipment that enables us to get a job done much quicker. Our team are made up of highly skilled plumbing specialists. our plumbers have at least 5 years broad onsite plumbing experience. We are extremely selective with the staff we employ. We understand our client s need for cleanliness from their preferred plumber. We confidently state that our jobs are extremely neat; we keep and leave our work area tidy every single day. We believe stringently that the client is paying our invoice and if we do not respect the client s items then the client will not respect our invoice. Once we have received a call from a client and ascertained how urgent the request is, we dispatch a team accordingly. In fact, for emergencies whilst we have the client on the line we are already dispatching a team and briefing them whilst they are on route. We keep the client informed of the approximate time that the team will be arriving at their premises. OUR EQUIPMENT/TOOLS To provide our clients with a speedy and efficient service we have invested in the very latest equipment/tools including: High Pressure Drainage Machine Powerful and quick removal of tough obstructions. Drain-Cam A small infrared camera transmits a video feed and/or takes photographs of the interior of a pipe. Electric Drain Machine Makes quick work of cutting away roots. Leak Detection Equipment Infra-red Machine that detects moisture in walls. Large Jackhammer We have an extremely large jackhammer that enables us to run a new line with ease; reducing time taken. ACCREDITATIONS The below accreditations provide clients with extra peace of mind regarding the standards we adopt. In addition these accreditations enable us to issue a Certificate of Compliance for buying/selling of properties. Interesting fact for clients! Do you know that should a plumber issue a Certificate of Compliance and a plumbing issue/s are found thereafter, the plumbing company is responsible for any further work required to rectify; at their own cost. We are accredited with the PIRB. We comply with all the rules & regulations as laid out by the PIRB. We are accredited with the City of Cape Town (Water Compliance Bylaws) and comply with their rules and regulations. 7

8 OUR FLEET Our fleet comprises 4 branded vehicles. Vehicles are well maintained with existing maintenance plans in place as well as Tracker for security purposes. OUR TECHNOLOGY We utilize Pastel Accounting as our Accounting and CRM system. records are saved on our cloud based server which is accessible online by our team. Our IT preferred supplier is available to us 24/7 and ensures that all information is backed-up daily. The above, along with our in-house generator ensures that we have a viable contingency plan in place; and are able to run effectively in cases of power outages and/or unforeseen disasters. THE PROCESS FLOW The Client contacts our offices with an enquiry. We establish in detail the plumbing problem being experienced and/or project requirements, gaining as much intel as possible in order to brief our team effectively. We know what questions to ask. For larger projects, both the Operations Manager and Project Manager attend briefing meetings with the client. information gathered is recorded on the job card on our CRM platform. For larger projects, teams are accurately briefed regarding the job specification by the Project Manager. For emergencies, whilst we have our client on the line we are already dispatching a team providing them with as much detail as possible. Please note that we will make the necessary arrangements to have the respective area/building/complex s water shut off in order to commence with a project. We try and work around our clients; so if it is more convenient at a specific time/day we would arrange accordingly. Once the site has been assessed the senior plumber onsite will contact the Operations Manager to provide a detailed assessment, thereafter a quotation will be submitted to the client either in writing or verbally if an emergency. Should the client be onsite the senior plumber will discuss their assessment with the client, the solution proposed, etc. Throughout the project, the Operations Manager is in close liaison with the team and provides feedback to the client. For larger projects, the Project Manager will be onsite regularly to check on project quality and progress. The Operations Manager will obtain detailed information regarding a job completed and photographs of the completed job; and load to the job card on the CRM platform. The senior plumber will sign off each project on completion. For larger projects, the Project Manager will sign off on projects. The Operations Manager will contact the client to obtain feedback from the client. Please note! We have our own in-house builder for small patch jobs, building of manholes or minor concrete or paving works. We refer tilers where tiling is required. 8

9 MANAGING THE CLIENTS ACCOUNT We employ the following management techniques to ensure our client s account is well managed: Both the Operations Manager & Project Manager attend briefing meetings for larger projects, and for smaller projects the Project Manager attends meetings. information gathered is documented in order to brief our teams accurately. The senior team liaises with the client regularly telephonically and via scheduled service level meetings and throughout projects clarity on milestones achieved is fed back to clients. Projects are checked and signed off by the Project Manager and/or Senior Plumber before final delivery to the client. teams are lead by a Senior Plumber who reports to the Project Manager. information regarding a job or liaison with clients is recorded on our CRM system for ease of reference. FEE STRUCTURE Call Out Fee We charge a call out fee. Upon contacting our offices, the Ops Manager will provide you with the call out fee rate. The call out fee includes the assessment of the job and a quotation. Please note that for larger clients, the call out fee rate is negotiable. 50% Deposit For non-emergencies a 50% deposit is requested with the balance payable on completion of the assignment. Labour Charge This is a per hour fee. Materials Materials are charged separately. Build from ground up The Project Manager will assess your requirements and quote per job accordingly. Our administration process and back-office support team provide an excellent platform for quality customer service. On completion of a job we discuss findings with the client and what exactly was done. We like to keep our clients in the loop throughout the process. We remain abreast of current trends in plumbing via our membership to the PIRB and by communicating with each other and respective suppliers to the plumbing industry.
