8 Toward Seamless Transition Convene Leadership Mayor, Chancellor and Superintendent in Oakland Goal To discuss ways to best align the Mayor s office, Peralta CC District, and Oakland Unified School District in order to improve the pipeline as students leave OUSD, enter any of the Peralta Colleges, continue their education and ultimately secure sustainable careers in Oakland.
